Chapter 13 - I Should Be More Careful Next Time

He groggily opened his eyes. The room was pitch black, and the windows were blocked by curtains. Luis observed the energy in his mind.

After affecting the fortunes of the two people, the energy had become dim and had also depleted some of his own energy. Now, the sesame-sized energy in his mind was emitting a faint glow again, but it was still a little short of being fully restored.

Thinking about this, he felt a little scared, realizing that he didn't know enough about the abilities of prophet.

If Arnold's luck had been even better this time, then his condition wouldn't have been as simple as just being unconscious.

'I should be more careful next time,' Luis thought to himself.

'I should take the time to learn more about the abilities of prophet.'

The memories of a profession are vast, and Luis has only received less so far. He is still far from fully understanding and mastering them.

He sat up in bed and realized that he was only wearing underwear, and his shirt and trousers had been taken off.

"I remember asking Natalie to take me home. I fainted as soon as I got in the car. Did she help me take off my clothes? And I didn't tell her where I lived. Where did she take me?"

Luis felt a surge of heat as he imagined Natalie's fair fingers helping him take off his clothes one by one.

"She didn't bring me to a hotel, did she?" Luis wondered, then groped around on the bedside table, found a light switch, and pressed it.

As the lights came on, he was immediately greeted by the room's surroundings. It was a simple room, neither a hotel nor his own rented apartment.

It should be a guest room in Natalie's house.

The clothes were neatly arranged on the bedside table, with his cell phone on top.

Luis picked up his phone to check the time, but the screen wouldn't light up. He pressed and held the power button and realized it was out of power.

This potato...

"Are batteries this short-lived? I just fully charged it this morning, and it's already dead." Luis frowned, feeling rather annoyed by the current time of day.

After getting dressed and turning off the air conditioner, he came out of the guest room.

As soon as he came out, he heard several consecutive coughs coming from the living room. He immediately recognized the voice as Natalie's.

When Natalie, who was taking cold medicine, saw Luis, her eyes immediately lit up with surprise and relief, and her face instantly filled with a smile.

"Luis, you're finally awake! If you hadn't woken up, I would have taken you to the hospital," Natalie said worriedly.

"Mrs. Natalie, how long have I been asleep?" Luis heart skipped a beat when he saw Natalie like this. His phone was out of power. Could he have slept for two or three days?

"It's eight o'clock in the evening now. It's been thirty hours since yesterday." Natalie looked at the clock on the wall.

Luis didn't tell Natalie his home address. It was impossible for her to take him to a hotel. If a beautiful young woman took an unconscious man to a hotel and someone saw them, they would call the police and have their rooms searched.

So she had no choice but to take him home. She struggled to help him back home, which was a real ordeal for her, who was used to being pampered.

She helped Luis onto the bed and undressed him. Natalie had some nursing knowledge and could tell from his appearance that Luis had fainted due to exhaustion, so she didn't send him to the hospital. However, he remained unconscious all day and she couldn't wake him up no matter how she called him.

Natalie started to get nervous. She stayed up all night yesterday and didn't go to work today. She stayed home and watched over him all night. Luis previous behavior had also greatly shocked her.

She was in a state of tension and excitement. She was so sleepy during the day that she took a nap, but caught a cold after waking up.

Natalie, who had been waiting for Luis to wake up, might have called 911 long ago if she hadn't found that Luis breathing was stable and his body temperature was normal.

Moreover, she was determined that if Luis was still not awake by tomorrow morning, she would call 911 (Universal Emergency Number).

"So long!" Luis exclaimed in surprise. No wonder he felt so hungry and his phone was dead.

Fortunately, he only slept for thirty hours. If he had slept for three days straight, he would have nowhere to cry.

"Thank you for your help, Mrs. Natalie," Luis said gratefully.

"It's nothing. You helped me recover some losses, so it's only right that I do this." Natalie quickly waved her hand. "You've been sleeping for so long, you must be very hungry. I'll go make you some noodles."

"Let me do it, Mrs. Natalie. You have a cold, I can do it myself." Luis stopped Natalie from going downstairs.

"It's okay, I can do it. You go sit on the sofa." Natalie wouldn't let Luis do anything, and pushed him to sit on the sofa before rushing off to the kitchen.

Natalie couldn't quite describe how she felt about Luis. Fear was definitely there. How could someone who could see other people's future and cause them to suffer misfortune not inspire fear in today's society?

There was gratitude, after all, he had helped her recover her losses.

In addition, women have a unique curiosity, and some even have the desire to curry favor with powerful figures. Who wouldn't want to build a good relationship with such people?

Everyone's life is full of unexpected events, and if someone could foresee these things in advance, many problems could be avoided.

Natalie cooked a large bowl of noodles and fried two eggs.

"Luis, the noodles are ready, come and eat." Natalie placed the noodles on the dining table.

Luis sat down and said sincerely, "Thank you, Mrs. Natalie. I'd also like to trouble you to cook noodles for me."

"You're welcome, please eat quickly, I'll take my medicine first," she said politely.

Luis was genuinely hungry, so he didn't stand on ceremony and picked up his chopsticks to start eating noodles. "Mrs. Natalie, don't take your medicine yet. Let me take a look at you later."

Natalie, who was about to take her medicine, paused. "Can you still cure illnesses?"

"I can give it a try," Luis said while eating noodles. The energy in his mind could help people cure some minor illnesses.

"Okay." Natalie put down the medicine and sat down to watch Luis eat noodles.

he quickly finished the bowl of noodles and let out a satisfied burp. After being hungry for so long, eating a bowl of hot noodles, and with a beautiful woman sitting in front of him, made him feel incredibly hungry.

Seeing him finish his noodles and let out a hearty burp without any regard for his image, Natalie smiled slightly and said, "Are you full? Would you like me to cook some more for you?"

"No need," Luis waved his hand. "I'm very full. Mrs. Natalie's cooking is excellent. I haven't had such delicious noodles in a long time."

"Mrs. Natalie, give me your hand, let me take a look," Luis said.

"Okay." Natalie blinked and placed her right hand in front of him.

Luis eyes lit up when he saw Natalie's hands. Not only was she beautiful and had a great figure, but her hands were also very pretty.

The skin on her hands was as white, without any scars, and even the finest hairs were barely visible. Her ten fingers were also very slender, long and thin, with indistinct knuckles. Based on his amazement, such hands would be the most enjoyable for masturbation.

It was only then that Luis noticed Natalie's attire. Perhaps it was because it was evening, and they were at home. Bristol summers are also hot, so the air conditioning was always on whenever someone was inside.

Natalie was wearing a silk rose-red nightgown, tied at the waist with a silk thread. It was unclear whether she was wearing underwear underneath. The V-neck opening revealed a large expanse of fair skin, but it just covered her two large breasts.

He didn't see any small bulges on the chest either.

Luis was somewhat dazed. Natalie noticed Luis gaze, her face flushed slightly, and she said awkwardly, "How are you going to show me?"

She hadn't been stared at by a man like this in a long time.

He immediately snapped out of his daze and awkwardly explained, "I was just spacing out."

"Mrs. Natalie, as you know, I am a disciple of a reclusive sect. Our sect cultivates a kind of mystic energy, which not only gives us special abilities but also helps people strengthen their bodies and get rid of some minor physical ailments."

Luis cleared his throat and said.
