The omega led us to a house in the middle of the forest, it was underground, a cave leading to it and as we walked inside. I frowned to find it empty.
Her scent lingered in the house, she was here. She had been here.
Ryker and I growled. Looking around as we tried to find clues but the woman just stood behind us, her fears had reduced drastically now.
"Who owns this place! Where the fuck is he!" I barked, growling.
"T… The rogue king… He's more of human than a rogue… we don't know how to find him, he has no scent." She explained and we gritted our teeth.
"Fuck! Do you think he's done something to her? Why did he take her? Does he know about how powerful her blood is? Is he trying to harm her?" Ryker demanded as we paced around and I clenched my fists.
Something wasn't adding up, it just didn't seem right. There was something more to this and we need to find out fast, Brielle might be in danger, we need to rescue her.
