Everyone arrived at the training ground at the exact time.
Peter stretched lazily and looked around.
"So... why are we training? To ride a train?" he joked.
Angel tried to hold her laugh-but failed.
Dr. Louis turned slowly. His eyes were sharp.
The air went silent.
"I-it was just a morning joke, sir..." Peter said nervously.
"A good teammate doesn't enjoy others' hardship," Dr. Louis said coldly.
Angel's smile faded instantly.
Elsa stepped forward calmly.
"Sir, today is our training, right? We can't spend all the time on punishment... why don't we begin now?"
"Please, Dr. Louis..." Angel and Peter said together.
A pause.
"Fine," he said.
"But no one jokes with me again."
Both of them nodded quickly.
"Punishment first," Dr. Louis added.
He handed Peter two heavy buckets.
"Hold these. Thirty minutes."
Peter's face dropped. "What?! That's not fair!"
Angel smirked slightly.
"You deserve this."
Peter glared at her.
Dr. Louis turned toward Angel.
"And you... enjoy this too much."
Her expression changed.
"Same punishment."
"What?!"
Time passed slowly.
Peter's arms trembled. Sweat rolled down his face.
"Sir... how long..." he groaned.
Angel stood beside him, holding the buckets.
But unlike Peter-
She felt nothing.
No weight.
No strain.
Her breath slowed.
This isn't normal...
Why does it feel like my body already knows this...?
She tightened her grip slightly and lowered her head, pretending to struggle.
From a distance, Dr. Louis watched her closely.
His expression shifted.
Not anger anymore...
Something else.
Suspicion.
Interest.
"Time's up," Dr. Louis finally said.
Peter dropped the buckets immediately.
"Finally!"
Angel gently placed hers down, still acting tired.
Dr. Louis stepped forward.
"Now..."
His voice was calm-but heavy.
"The real test begins."
He pointed toward a large, solid rock in the center of the ground.
"Break it."
Silence fell.
"Without weapons."
Peter stared at the rock.
"...You've got to be kidding me."
Elsa remained still, observing everything carefully.
Angel looked at the rock... then at her hands.
If I couldn't feel the weight...
Then maybe...
She stepped forward slowly.
The air felt different.
Everything felt different.
Her fingers trembled slightly.
She raised her hand-
But suddenly...
