Zephyr was stunned for a second before letting out a loud scoff.
"Did that female just take my cooking pot?" he demanded, turning sharply toward the other beastmen behind him. Unfortunately for him, none of them had anything remotely useful to offer.
"Fine then. I won't disappoint Tessa. Never!" he declared dramatically before marching around the area in search of something else to use.
The moment the beastmen noticed what he was trying to do, they slowly gathered around him like curious spectators waiting for a grand performance. Some leaned against trees while others crouched on rocks, eager to witness whatever disaster Zephyr was about to unleash.
Valen folded his arms and sighed deeply.
He already knew this would end terribly.
"Hmm… Zephyr, just one question." Valen raised a brow lazily. "Have you ever actually paid attention whenever Tessa cooks?"
