After kaito finished treating Akari's wounds, the two decided to look for kenji and amaya "ok lets go look for kenji and amaya" kaito said as he got up
Meanwhile kenji and amaya were still looking for them "where are they" amaya asked as they leapt from tree to tree
"I don't know" kenji replied as he stopped "i should have protected her. I a failure" kenji said as he sat down
"Don't say that master. Im sure Akari and kaito are safe now" amaya said trying to comfort kenji
"Wait what's that in the treetops over there" amaya pointed "is it kaito and akari?" Kenji asked as he glanced over to where amaya was pointing
"Master kenji" kaito shouted as him and akari landed on the tree beside them "thank goodness your both okay" kenji saod as he hugged them both
"What happened there" kenji asled as he finally let go "akari has been poisoned by the guards" kaito replied as he glanced at akari
"Are you okay" kenji asked "im fine now" akari reassured kenji "remember we'll be traveling to the village today" amaya said as she looked at the time
"You guys go ahead i have to ask Akari something" kaito said as amaya and kenji left "what do you have to ask me?" Akari said while looking at them leaving
"When i saved you last night i noticed that your hand was hot, like you were a fire manipulator" kaito said to akari
"Well i only escaped when my hand started to heat up and produce fire which burned the ropes" akari said as she looked at her hand
"Could it be that your the hybrid" kaito asked amused "i don't know yet" akari replied as she began to walk towards kenji and amaya
"What were you talking about Akari?" Kenji asked as they continued walking "nothing" Akari replied
After a few hours the four of them finally made it out of the forest "finally we made it out" amaya said as she glanced back at the forest "I know" akari replied as they began walking.
After a few days of walking, the four of them finally arrive at the village that kenji talked about "what are we gonna do here?" Amaya asked looking at the village
"You'll be training here" kenji replied as he went to small inn "your room will be on the second floor" kenji said handing them the keys
"Thanks master kenji" the three said before heading to their rooms "look we all have the same room" kenji said as they open the door
"I call for the top bunk" akari said climbing the top bunk "i call for the lowest bunk" amaya said as she got to the lowest bunk
"Well i guess mine is the middle then" kaito said as he to the middle bunk "there's a bookshelf here to" akari squeaked excitedly as she jumped from her bed
"And a window chair" amaya said as she got up and ran to it "there's even a swing near the bookshelf" kaito said as he hopped on to the swing.
After the three were done unpacking, they immediately went downstairs to kenji "like your new room" kenji asked smiling "yes of course" the three of them replied
"So what are we gonna do now?" Amaya asked as they sat down next to him "you'll be starting your training" kenji replied as he took a sip from his tea
"First is to improve your strength and speed so you'll be running and lifting weights every morning" kenji said as he finished drinking his tea
After a few weeks of training the three finally become stronger and faster "great now its time to work on you manipulation techniques" kenji said
The three began sparing with each other to improve their combat skills and techniques.
After another long day of training, the three collapsed in their beds "its late" amaya said as she looked at the time
"Lets just go to sleep" kaito replied and soon they drift off to sleep while akari tiptoed to the bookshelf
"Its got to be here somewhere" akari muttered under her breath as she searched until she found a purple book
"This is it" akari said as she took out the book "the legend of the hybrid" akari read quitely
"So there is a prophecy about the hybrid" akari thought to herself as she put the book back and headed downstairs where she saw kenji sitting at a table
"Uncle kenji can i ask you something?" Akari asked as she sat down next to him "what is it akari" kenji asked
"Well i wanted to know about the hybrid" akari said "i see you have heard about it" kenji froze "yes i want to know" akari asked curiously
"Your mother was from solana and your father was from Lunaris, when they gave birth to you they knew you couldn't handle the chakra, so they put it in this necklace" kenji said pointing at the necklace
"So i am the hybrid" akari asked shocked "yes but that chakra in your necklace is dangerous. Once it gets out you'll lose control over yourself" kenji replied as he patted Akari's shoulder
"I see now" akari said as she went back to her room leaving kenji at the table. As soon as akari arrived at their room she remembered the dance of the female members of her clan
"What does it do anyway" akari asked herself before she decided to head out to a nearby river
Meanwhile kaito heard a sound of footsteps as he woke up and saw Akari leaving "where is she going at this time of the night?" Kaito thought before grabbing a coat and following her
While akari arrived at the river she began performing the dance her aunt's and cousins used to teach her
Not far from her was kaito hiding behind a bush "she looks beautiful and graceful under the moonlight" kaito thought as he looked at her, amazed by her beauty
As he was admiring the view he, suddenly slipped and fell down "who is that" akari said as she stopped
"Don't its me kaito" kaito said as he got up "what are you doing here?" Akari asked as she walked towards him
"I saw you leave so i decided to follow you" kaito said "well lets go get some sleep, its late anyway" akari said as she began walking back while kaito followed her
