A/N: Why did no one told me that I skipped a chapter? hahaha. Ch 14 was skipped and now has been added. I apologized for this careless mistake. I'm using an 8 years old laptop, so it's really laggy when doing copy paste, especially in google docs. I had to delete Ch14 onward just to publish what was the correct Ch14. I hope you understand.
Also, as for the updates, it will be reduced to two chapters per day. Don't worry, once this goes premium, there will be mass-release... Uhh, depending on how much chapters I've stockpiled. Of course, there are milestones that once you've achieved, an extra chapter will be release in a day.
Alright, that's all. Enjoy reading...

Krisha was inevitably displeased by Felix's behavior. If it was not for his younger sister, she would have stormed out of the Chambers Grand Hospital and went straight to have lunch, leaving Felix alone.
In the end, she instructed Lucia to keep an eye on Felix through the security cameras set in every floor. With Krisha's background, the security department of the Chambers Grand Hospital allowed Lucia to have access to the security cameras, except in Doctor Eleanor's private office.
Through her phone, Lucia saw Felix leaving from the office of Doctor Eleanor instantly informing Krisha whose face was difficult to read.
She might be entertaining Mia with PengPeng, but on the inside, especially when she heard that Felix was about to return, her face became ambiguous.
After bidding farewell to Mia, Krisha left the ward and waited in front of the elevator.
When she saw Felix, she couldn't control her eyes from narrowing.
Once Felix saw her reaction, a chill ran down his spine. He slowly took a step forward to leave the elevator and stood before Krisha.
He stammered, "I-I…"
Krisha raised her eyebrows and Felix tensed shoulder drooped as he sighed.
He lowered his head and whispered, "I have an explanation."
Krisha rolled her eyes. "Go and bid farewell to Mia. We only have more than an hour left to have lunch."
Felix nodded and said, "I'll be quick," and swooshed into the Coma and Unknown Illness Ward.
…
Half an hour later, Krisha, Felix, and Lucia were sitting in one of the finest restaurants inside the upper inner ring of the Chambers City.
At first, Krisha didn't want a private dining room, but as soon as the public saw them, they became cynosure of all eyes.
She didn't hesitate then to ask a waiter to give them a private room.
However, the waiter took two minutes as she entered one of the private rooms and asked the people who dined inside to leave since they had already finished eating.
There was commotion inside but it didn't last long when the people inside realized it was the daughter's mayor.
They didn't want to offend her.
However, when they saw Felix, they glared at him and decided to push the blame on him.
Felix, on the other hand, had forgotten about their hostile gaze at him already. He was more distracted from the fact that the table had been silent for half an hour.
No, more than half an hour if the traveling was included—he still had not explained himself yet since Krisha didn't even give him a chance.
Her aura exuded a silence effect to Felix, leaving him no choice to keep his mouth shut until the food arrived.
This silence is killing me.
At this moment, they were already eating. Felix ate to his heart's content—it was the first time he had eaten meat from a Commander Rank beast. He didn't dare to look at the price since Krisha had already declared it was her treat.
Out of the three, only Felix gobbled down the foods. Krisha, on the other hand, simply glanced at him and was amused by his comical behavior.
But her amusement didn't last long when she realized she was still displeased at Felix.
Felix didn't mind his unsightly behavior, Lucia and Krisha didn't either, so why would he?
Furthermore, the delicacy exploded in his mouth, inevitably getting addicted to chewing the foods.
Even when his jaw became strained, he couldn't hold himself.
As Felix continued to devour the food and the waiter kept adding more plates, causing Felix to stack the empty plates on his side, Krisha glanced at him and said, "If you wish to eat more, you should order by yourself. My money is limited, you know?"
The moment Felix heard her words, he paused, except his throat swallowed the whole leg part of a mammal beast.
He coughed and wiped the grease off his mouth.
He said, "I-I just feel full."
"Good to know, then. At least, my money won't be a waste," Krisha said, her tone on the last part seeming to be sarcastic.
Felix awkwardly smiled and felt his pocket buzzing. He took out his phone and saw the message that the materials had been delivered to the Embercrown Arsenal.
He was about to call the hostess when he suddenly recalled Krisha staring at him with a piercing gaze when the hostess winked at him.
So, he held back. He closed his eyes and thought. Haaa… How complicated. Women are complicated.
He suddenly recalled how he and Krisha became friends. In fact, they only got closer after the summoning. They barely had contact during the high school days—they would interact with each other mostly when the exams were coming.
Felix topped the exam always and Krisha, always being in her competitive mode, would nag him about his study method and more.
Like Felix, Krisha had barely any friends. Most of her circle was fake—she said. Hence, she isolated herself and focused on studying.
She was an ambitious person, her dream was not only limited to the city unlike the friends she made. Since Felix had also declared his ambition to become an adventurer like her, she was interested in Felix, inevitably becoming friends.
Their friendship was solidified due to the summoning.
Unlike before, Felix was not indifferent to her anymore. The only reason he kept his interaction with her mild was because of her beauty and status.
Felix wouldn't deny that he had developed feelings for Krisha, but he constantly reminded himself of the difference between their status.
At this point, he was able to control his feelings for her—though, more often than not, he couldn't totally hide it.
"What are you thinking about?" Krisha interrupted his thoughts. "And what message did you receive for you to act like that?"
Felix shook his head and replied, "Nothing. I just got informed that the materials had finally arrived at the Embercrown Arsenal."
Krisha raised her eyebrows and said, "What are you doing, then? Shouldn't you inform the "prettiest hostess"?
Felix wanted to smack his face after realizing that his assumption was correct.
He coughed. "S-She should already be informed. I'll only contact her about the progress of the sword."
"Contact only about the progress of the sword, huh?" Krisha mumbled.
Hearing her repeating what he had said, Felix felt like his sanity was slowly slipping away from him.
He thought. Ah… Women sure are complicated.
