Minho and I stared at each other for a moment.
Then I snapped out of it.
"I'll go check on Yuna!" I blurted, rushing over.
Sofia was still frozen in place like a statue.
"Seriously? You're not going to help?" I said, glaring at Minho. "This is your fault—one fainted, the other is still frozen!"
He sighed but walked over, bending down without a word. In one smooth motion, he lifted Yuna off the floor.
Bridal style.
I blinked.
Wow… he's strong.
"Wow," I said aloud. "You're strong."
"Do I look like you?" he smirked.
I straightened. "What do you mean by that?!"
He didn't even glance at me. "This isn't the time to argue. Maybe later."
Excuse me?!
He carefully laid Yuna down on the couch. I stared at the scene, thoughts running wild.
If Yuna knew her crush carried her like this… she would explode.
I glared at Minho. He just smiled.
"Work on her," he said casually. "I'll bring the second one."
"Bring a glass of water when you come back," I added.
He stopped mid-step. "Why?"
"What? Do you want me to slap or hit her instead?" I asked.
"I would have—but she's my friend," I admitted.
He left, and I was left staring at my unconscious friend.
When he returned, he carried a dazed Sofia in one arm and a glass of water in the other.
"Thanks," I said, taking the glass from him.
I glanced at Sofia. "What's her condition?"
"How am I supposed to know? You're the nurse here," he said.
"Still frozen," I replied.
"Good. Progress," he sighed. I laughed.
"So what are you going to do?" he asked.
"This." I lightly sprinkled water on Yuna's face. She stirred immediately, her brows knitting.
"See? It works," I said proudly, looking at Minho.
"Oh? What about her?" he asked, pointing at Sofia.
"Easy—just hit her," I said casually.
"Yeah?" he raised an eyebrow. "I think I have a belt in my wardrobe. Let me get it—"
At that moment, Sofia suddenly opened her eyes and stared at me.
"Ohhh… you're not frozen anymore," I said.
I looked at Minho and grinned. "See? Not frozen."
I turned back to Yuna. Her eyes were wide open.
"Oh… you're awake," I said, handing her a towel to wipe her face.
She didn't take it, so I just dropped it beside her.
"You have Minho," she said, glancing between us.
I blinked.
What did she just say…?
And then—
CRASH!
My heart jumped.
"What was that?" I asked, panicked.
