Sirzechs smiled and said, "Well, first-of-all, I would like you to inform the great king faction that the red dragon emperor has appeared and has possessed a human boy named Issei Hyoudou from Kuoh"
The room was plunged into silence, the news was surprising to say the least.
The red dragon emperor's gauntlet also known as the boosted gear, is a Sacred Gear listed as one of the original thirteen Longinus, specifically a mid-tier Longinus and has the spirit of the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig, residing within it.
Long ago, Ddraig fought his greatest rival, Albion, the White Dragon. Their battle was so intense that it was interrupted by the war between the Angels, Devils, and Fallen Angels. Furious, the two Dragons turned their anger on the leaders of the Three Factions. In the end, their bodies were destroyed, and their souls were sealed inside Sacred Gears. Ddraig's soul was placed into the Boosted Gear.
Needless to say, it was an extremely powerful sacred gear with the ability to double the wielder's powers every ten seconds until the user reaches their limit. It is said to let its user temporarily rise to a level beyond even the Gods and the Four Great Satans.
So its appearance was important enough for the news to reach Valerius Agares, an Archduke of the Underworld and a skilled diplomat who often handled political disputes between the Great King Faction and the supporters of the Four Great Satans.
"I never understood why you come to us to relay the messages to the Kings faction, made by the Bael clan who is also your mother's clan. They're literally your cousin, go to them yourself", Adrien asked breaking the silence.
"Because I cannot," Sirzechs Lucifer replied quietly. "My mother is from the Bael Clan. My wife is tied to them as well. If I intervene personally, it will be seen as bias… no matter what I say."
"Bias? Why would it seem biased? I think that's stupid, you're only relaying information"
Both Seekvaira and Valerius shot Adrien glares for how he was talking to one of the 4 great Satans, but Adrien ignored them.
Sirzechs didn't answer immediately, he just gave a soft smile then said, "In the Underworld, it's never just relaying information. The moment I carry a message myself, it gains weight. I am Lucifer, so even though I have their blood, the Bael clan would see it as authority and people from outside would see it as Bias"
Adrien sighed, "Sounds like a drag to me, seems like the position is even worse than I thought"
"Right?" Lucifer answered with an amused smile.
Valerius Agares nodded, "I will relay the message, anything else?"
Serzechs shook his head, "No that's all for now."
"Oh so you're hiding that much from them? I don't think that's a good idea, they'll figure it out instantly" Adrien responded.
"Figure what out?" Seekvaira asked her brother genuinely confused.
"Come one sis, think a little, who's territory is Kuoh?"
"Rias..." Seekvaira answered in a muffled voice.
"Yes, his sister's, come to think it, last time I was in Kuoh there wasn't anything that interesting, so the Gear must have been asleep inside him", Adrien said as he walked and sat on the sofa opposite of Serzechs's. "You called him a boy, must be young, how old is he?"
Sirzechs closed his eyes but didn't respond, and that alone gave Adrien the answer.
"So he is in Kuoh academy, and I bet Rias already got him in her peerage", Adrien smirked.
"Enough!", Valerius Agares said in a low tone, "Stop pushing it, don't forget who you are talking to Adrien"
"Now, now, it's fine," Sirzechs said with a calm smile. "I know what kind of person he is, and I doubt he means any harm. If anything, the fact that he is involving himself this much only tells me he has taken an interest." His gaze then rested on Adrien for a brief moment, sending a warning, this was neither the place nor the time to disclose the information publicly.
Adrien understood the message and didn't push the matter any further. Though an amused smiled rested on his face.
Seekvaira meaning to kill the awkwardness in the room asked, "Speaking about Rias, how is her engagement with Riser Phenex proceeding?"
"She's still furious", Sirzechs laughed softly. "We're talking with the Phenex family in the hope to give her a chance to challenge the engagement in a Rating Game."
"So you're playing a swindle", Adrien said, still smiling. "I guess you chose Riser so Rias is forced to get married, the Rating Game is nothing short of useless. Rias has no way to defeat the Phenex's Immortality"
Even though his father scolded him earlier, Adrien continued talking in the same way he always does. Sirzechs' smile did not falter though, "Swindle is a rather harsh way to put it, you're not wrong, though. The outcome of a Rating Game can be predicted, if one looks at it purely from ability alone. And Riser has more experience and is also a bad match-up for Rias."
He didn't deny Adrien's words and that amused him even more.
Sirzechs and Valerius talked a bit more about underworld matters for some time, then seeing that there was nothing interesting left, Adrien excused himself and left the room, teleporting away.
He returned back to his room. "It's getting boring here, all the interesting stuff is happening in the human realm. Hmmm... do we have a territory in Japan?" Adrien asked himself.
There was actually multiple reasons why he wanted to go to the human realm. One, apparently all the fun stuff was happening there. Two he wanted to gather pieces, as of now he only had one pawn, Lynn.
Adrien was never the type to go search for members for his peerage, he preferred lucky encounters that catches his eyes, and till now he hadn't seen many. So he thought it would be a good idea to go to the human world and test his luck. But where could he go? Japan was the place where trouble was brewing so he had to go there, can't miss the fun after all. But what city should he move to? Kuoh was out of the question, It was Rias's territory and Sona Sitri, heir of the Sitri clan, was there too. Even if he found someone that catches his eye, he couldn't poach them.
Kyoto had the youkai governed by Yasaka, the nine tailed fox. So he couldn't just go there without being questioned. Tokyo was rather big and wasn't really under anyone specifically and it was close to Kuoh so that was a good option.
From what he knew Osaka, and Sendai where good options too cause they weren't affiliated with any faction as of yet.
Money wasn't really a problem for Adrien, he had in his storage more than a million CR, the money currency used in the underworld. He accumulated most of it from rewards of monsters he had killed and dissected. 1 CR was around 100$, so Adrien had enough money to live lavishly.
After a bit of research Adrien decided to go to Tokyo, but a problem stood in his way. His Parents, and especially his father, would never approve. Not that he ever did what they wanted anyways, so he started preparing... preparing as in throwing everything he needed in his dimensional storage. Then he wrote a letter that he left on the desk, meant to be seen by his family or the maids if they entered his room.
The letter stated this:
To my honored Father, my dearest Mother, and my ever-watchful Sister,
By the time this letter finds its way into your hands, I shall already have departed from the Underworld and made for the human realm. Now, before any of you grow too dramatic and begin mourning me as though I have died in some tragic poem, let me first say this plainly: I am quite alive, quite well, and in no immediate danger.
I know my leaving thus will grieve you, or at the very least irritate you enough to speak of me with great disappointment over tea. Yet I ask that you not trouble yourselves overmuch. This was no reckless fit, nor some childish rebellion born of wounded pride. I left by mine own will, and with purpose enough to satisfy even the family's dreadful love of reasons.
I seek certain pieces for the peerage I intend to build, and for that, I would rather use mine own eyes than trust the words of others. As for where I have gone, I shall not say. I know, cruel of me.
Still, I give you my word that I shall cause no needless trouble, bring no shame upon our house, and avoid setting anything important on fire.
Do try not to miss me too much.

"HE DID WHAT?!" The loud shout of Valerius Agares, archduke of the underworld, rung throughout the main of the Agares estate.
Seekvaira leaned backwards as if trying to create space between her and his shouts. "Well... he left this letter on his desk"
Lord Agares read the letter, then burned it to ashes and slammed his hand on the arm of his thrown bending inwards. He sighed and covered his eyes with his palm.
"Well can't we just track him down?" Seekvaira asked, even though she already knew the answer.
"It's Adrien we're talking about, if he hides his presence even Sirzechs Lucifer wouldn't be able to find him", Valerius sighed in resignation.
"Well we could place a bounty on him, but... that would cause a problem of it's own"
"Celestine...", he gulped in fear.
"Yeah mom would be furious if we treated him like a criminal", Seekvaira said while adjusting her glasses.
Indeed, Lady Agares would be extremely angry and even the archduke of the underworld wouldn't want to face his wife's wrath.
------------------------------------------------
Well the 3rd chapter's done and this is my first time writing an author's note.
So Like I said in the synopsis I'm not really copying light novel and some things will change, and I will Introduce characters from other shows for the peerage. Also since this is not a reincarnation he wouldn't really know the characters.
I think I made the first few chapters a bit fast paced so I might slow down the pace, but I wanted Adrien to leave the underworld as fast as possible.
One thing that I added is obviously the currency of the underworld which is not stated the light novel or anime, so maybe it was but i didn't notice it. So I called it Crown (CR) and 1Cr=100$=~16 000 yen
I'll make notes like this when needed and please if there is anything that I would have missed or should be better, I would like you to help me make it better.
Word counts will be between 1600-1800 per chapter.
