Exactly at 5:30 p.m., Tara's eyes fluttered open as she tried to focus properly and fully wake up. She stretched her hand toward the side table and grabbed her phone to check the time, only to find that it was already 5:31 p.m.
"Mmmh, I woke up thirty minutes before I need to start getting ready for the date," Tara murmured to herself.
She got down from the bed and walked downstairs. Passing through the sitting room and into the kitchen, she found Mrs. Harriet there.
"Hello, Mrs. Harriet," Tara greeted with a smile.
Mrs. Harriet looked at Tara with a polite smile and returned the greeting before adding, "Young miss, do you need anything?"
Tara smiled thoughtfully. "Mmmh… I guess."
"And what could that be, young miss?" Mrs. Harriet asked.
"Well, I'm really hungry, but I don't want to eat anything heavy because I'll be going out with Cain, so could you please make me a bowl of fruits?"
