One quiet morning, while the prince and princess were sitting in the royal garden, a tired messenger arrived at the palace gates. He carried an old letter sealed with a strange symbol.
The guards quickly brought the letter to the royal court. The prince carefully opened it and read aloud,
"Dear rulers of the kingdom, a hidden forest near the northern hills is slowly losing its trees and animals. If nothing is done soon, the forest will disappear forever."
The king and queen looked worried. The princess gently said,
"We must protect the forest. Nature is the heart of our kingdom."
Journey to the Hidden Forest
The next day, the prince and princess set out on a journey to the northern hills. Soldiers and helpers traveled with them. The road was long and full of twists and turns.
As they reached the forest, they noticed something unusual. Many trees had dried leaves, and fewer birds were singing. The air felt quiet and sad.
The villagers living nearby explained,
"The river that feeds the forest has become smaller. Without enough water, the trees and animals are struggling."
The prince and princess listened carefully, determined to find a solutio
The prince and princess followed the river upstream to discover the reason for the problem. After walking for many hours, they found large rocks blocking the river's path.
Because of this blockage, the water could not flow freely into the forest. The prince turned to the workers and said,
"We must clear these rocks and allow the water to return."
Everyone worked together with great effort. They pushed and removed the heavy stones until the river began to flow again. Slowly, fresh water rushed toward the forest.
Within a few days, the forest started to change. Green leaves appeared on the trees, flowers began to bloom, and birds returned to sing in the branches. Animals came back to drink from the river.
The villagers felt relieved and thankful. They gathered around the prince and princess and said,
"You have saved our forest and protected our home."
The princess smiled warmly and replied,
"We all worked together. When we protect nature, nature protects us."
After returning to the palace, the prince and princess decided to create new rules to protect forests, rivers, and animals across the kingdom. They taught children and villagers the importance of caring for nature.
The king proudly announced,
"Our kingdom will always respect and protect the beauty of the land."
That evening, as the sun set behind the hills, the prince and princess looked at the peaceful forest in the distance. They knew that their love for their people and nature would keep the kingdom strong for many generations.
