Chapter 8 - Chapter 8: The Iron Sea and the Cold Heart

The quad-colored rift collapsed behind them, replaced by the relentless roar of an azure ocean. Alex, now fully embodying the persona of seventeen-year-old Touya Mochizuki, stood on the deck of a hijacked fishing vessel with Kanae and Shinobu, his expression calm yet deliberate. This was no accident no random drift across realities but a precise choice. With the calculated intent of a mind shaped by C-137's genius, he had selected world OP-289A (Alternate timeline of Onepiece).

"This is a world of fractured justice," Touya explained, his voice calm as he projected a holographic map from his tablet. He briefed them on the Three Great Powers: the Marines, the Seven Warlords, and the Four Emperors. However, when he reached the section on the Celestial Dragons - the "Gods" of this world who wore space suits to avoid breathing the same air as commoners and kept slaves as playthings the atmosphere shifted.

Kanae's usual serene smile vanished, replaced by a trembling, righteous fury. Shinobu's hand gripped her katana until her knuckles turned white, her eyes flashing with a lethal purple light. "They treat humans like insects," Shinobu hissed. "Worse than demons."

Touya placed a firm hand on each of their shoulders, his touch grounding them. "We are weak right now," he stated bluntly, his Rick-level pragmatism cutting through their anger. "In this sea, there are men who can flip islands and turn into light. If we strike now, we die. We will join the Marines. We will master the Six Powers (Rokushiki) and the three types of Haki. We will teach them our Breathing Styles to sharpen the blade of justice, and only then, when we are strong enough to shatter the throne, will we act." Reluctantly, the sisters nodded.

It was the fifth year of the Great Pirate Era. The sea was a chaotic mess of ambition and blood. Spotting a ship with a distinct dog-headed figurehead, Touya used a voice-amplifying gadget to hail it. The vessel slowed, and soon they were standing before the legendary Vice Admiral Garp.

"Hey kids! The sea is no place for runts!" Garp roared, picking his nose. Touya stepped forward, weaving a tale of a family slaughtered by pirates. Garp's laughter died down, replaced by a toothy, approving grin when Touya declared their intent to join the marines. Onboard, the stoic Bogard eyed Touya's waist. "A swordsman?"

"We come from a clan of masters," Touya replied, glancing at his companions. "My fiancées here can show you." The sisters flushed a deep crimson at the word, but Kanae stepped forward, her blade a blur of falling petals. The crew gasped as her Flower Breathing carved the air.

"We know ten such styles," Touya said, catching the serious look in Garp and Bogard's eyes. "We will give them to the Marines. In exchange, you teach us the Rokushiki and Haki."
