Chapter 34 - Chapter 34: The Comet: A Masterful Subversion!

Broly stabilized himself in mid-air, glaring down at Turles with a primal roar.

"Turles! I'm going to kill you!"

Turles actually looked relieved. "You finally remembered my name."

"DIE!"

Fury radiated from Broly as his energy reserves flared once more.

Suddenly, the space nearby rippled. A warp gate tore open, and two figures stepped out onto the battlefield.

The man was tall and muscular, with pale blue skin, white hair, and piercing crimson eyes. Clad in a red and black suit, he radiated a cold, oppressive aura. Beside him stood a woman, tall and slender, her red bodysuit accentuating a perfect figure. Her lips and nails were painted a lethal shade of crimson, and she exuded a dangerous, feminine allure.

Turles' pupils shrank. Mira and Towa?! What are they doing here?

"How interesting," Towa mused, her cherry-red lips curling into a smile as she studied Broly. "This universe actually contains such a magnificent warrior."

Her seductive gaze then shifted to Turles. "Hmm. You aren't Son Goku. Who are you? To possess such power... it's quite impressive."

Turles remained wary, keeping his eyes on the duo. Broly, however, couldn't care less about the intruders. Driven by pure madness, he lunged at Turles again, his aura screaming with violent intent.

Turles felt a surge of impatience. With Mira and Towa on the scene, who knew what other variables might pop up? He needed to end this now.

Towa seemed to read his mind, a playful glint in her eyes. "This is a warrior I've taken a liking to. I can't let you kill him just yet."

She flicked her wrist, and a surge of dark, malicious energy infused itself into Broly. The giant's power skyrocketed instantly, his eyes turning a mindless, glowing scarlet. Turles' brow furrowed.

Sensing Broly's sudden spike, Turles didn't hold back. In a flash of golden light, his hair lengthened as he bypassed his limits. He entered Super Saiyan 3. With a single, overwhelming strike, he completely obliterated Broly before the "buff" could even settle.

He had no time to play games with Broly while Mira and Towa were watching. These two were notorious troublemakers in the multiversal records, with endless tricks up their sleeves. He wasn't about to risk a "game over" here.

Towa blinked in genuine surprise as she watched Broly disintegrate into ash under Turles' Ki Blast.

"My, my. You really are powerful," Towa said, her voice dripping with intrigue. "Young man, I am Towa, and this is Mira. We are engaged in a grand endeavor for our esteemed master. You are quite strong. Tell me... would you like to join us?"

Seeing Turles' raw power, she immediately thought of recruitment. To face "that person," her current forces were still far too weak. A warrior of this caliber was exactly what she needed.

"Don't make me laugh," Turles countered coldly. "I don't know what you're up to, but I can tell it's nothing good. I have zero interest in joining you."

"Is that so? What a pity," Towa sighed, though she didn't seem too deterred. "Consider it a standing invitation. We would always welcome your strength. Mira, let's go!"

Towa shot Turles a wary look. She wasn't sure if he was still hiding even more power. Erring on the side of caution, she chose to retreat. She and Mira stepped back into the warp gate.

"Young man... we shall meet again."

Turles remained silent, watching until the gate collapsed into nothingness. Only then did he let out a breath of relief.

A moment later, his expression shifted. He turned and shouted to the others.

"Hey, Kakarot! We need to move! This planet is about to blow!"

With that, Turles' silhouette vanished from the surface.

Goku reacted instantly, turning to Gohan and the others. "Everyone, grab onto me!"

"Hmph! Don't give me orders, Kakarot!" Vegeta barked, but he still begrudgingly placed a hand on Goku's shoulder.

With a pop, Goku and the group vanished.

BOOM!

The moment they left, New Planet Vegeta turned into a miniature sun, erupting in a blinding explosion that tore through the vacuum of space.

The giant comet Camori, which had been hurtling toward the planet at terminal velocity, seemed to pause in shock. Wait, hold on. This isn't right. I'm supposed to be the one crashing into you! Why did you self-destruct first?

It was as if the planet knew the comet was coming and decided to take it out preemptively. The sheer force of the planetary explosion caught the comet head-on, reducing the cosmic traveler to stardust. It was a masterful subversion of fate.

Back on Earth, as Turles and the others reappeared, Bulma came running over, taking in Turles' tattered clothes.

"Husband! What happened? Did you run into an enemy?"

Seeing the genuine worry in her eyes, Turles smiled and patted her head. "Don't worry. You know what I'm capable of. It's handled."

Turles could feel his own Ki continuing to rise—the Legendary Super Saiyan bloodline he had acquired was truly absurd.

Bulla watched the two of them and let out a tiny, dramatic sigh. Yep. They're the real soulmates. I'm just an accidental byproduct, aren't I?

Her cute little expression made Movie Bulma burst into laughter. She pinched Bulla's cheek, though a flicker of envy crossed her face. What a kind man. He's nothing like Vegeta...

If I had met a man like that before Vegeta, I probably would have fallen for him instantly, she thought.

Goku wiped cold sweat from his forehead. "That was close! But Turles, what was that transformation at the end? Can you teach me?"

Turles chuckled. No matter the universe, Goku was always Goku. If he saw something cool, he had to ask about it.

After comforting his Bulma, Turles turned to the group. "That was Super Saiyan 3. It's the level beyond Super Saiyan 2. And let me tell you all something: for a Saiyan, there is no such thing as a limit."

"Super Saiyan 3..." Goku whispered, his eyes sparkling with awe. "Such incredible power. You finished the mighty Broly in an instant. And who were those other two at the end?"

Turles' expression turned serious. "Them? Towa and Mira. I'm not entirely sure who they serve, but they certainly aren't the 'hero' types."

"I see..."

The group talked for a while longer. Goku and the others looked like they were on fire with motivation, their hearts set on reaching that new horizon.

The flower-viewing party eventually turned into a Saiyan feast, with the mountain of food disappearing into the bottomless pits of the Saiyan warriors' stomachs.

Turles and Bulma stayed in this timeline for a few more days before deciding to head home.

Before leaving, Turles decided to drop some major spoilers for Goku. He warned them about Majin Buu—his abilities, his power level, and the threat he posed. As for the Gods of Destruction, he wasn't sure if they existed in this specific movie timeline, so he kept quiet.

Hearing about an enemy even more terrifying than Broly, the group was shaken, but they took Turles' advice to heart and immediately redoubled their training.
