Sean Quinn had never been particularly fussy about food. As long as he didn't starve, he was fine. When he was a student in Nancaster, his uncle was often busy, and being a typical guy, he wasn't one to fuss over meals. So, while crashing at his place, Sean mostly ordered takeout.
Later, since he was always over at the Lockwood residence, he got a taste of Old Man Lockwood's cooking. It was so much better than takeout that he quickly fell in love with their family's home-cooked meals.
After Flynn Lynch became a son of the Lockwood family, he learned to cook, too—all for his gluttonous little sister, Stella Lockwood. And he became the guinea pig for all the new recipes.
He spent so many years with the Lockwoods that he didn't want to leave Nancaster. He even attended university there, giving up on Prydon and Arcal to study at a local college. This decision once made his father so furious that he threatened to disown him.
