"No wonder I'm so hungry," she said, looking miserable.
"Go brush your teeth. I'll go make you some noodles..." he murmured, pecking her lightly on the lips.
She immediately covered her lips, a little embarrassed. "I haven't even brushed my teeth yet..."
"Neither have I, so we're even..." He patted her head.
'But his lips smell so good,' she thought. 'They smell completely of tea, so fragrant—the kind of fragrance that makes you want to hold him down and kiss him properly. I think I definitely got the better end of the deal.'
Stella Lockwood smiled sweetly and seemed to float back to the master bathroom to wash up. After she finished and went downstairs, she was greeted by the wonderful aroma of beef—tomato beef noodles, her absolute favorite, with a generous amount of cilantro added.
"It smells amazing..." Stella Lockwood walked over for a look, took a deep whiff, and rubbed her hands together. "Well then, I won't be polite. Time to dig in..."
