The air was quiet. She gazed at the mirror, but no words appeared.
'Looks like he isn't home.'
Sitting on the toilet, she took a deep breath. A wave of exhaustion washed over her, so she went to run a bath, wanting to relax completely. With a heavy shooting schedule tomorrow, she needed to be at her absolute best.
While the bath was filling, she stepped out of the bathroom, and the little stray cat ran up to her. Cats are easy to tame. If you're kind to them and feed them good food every day, they'll gradually become dependent and start showing up on their own.
"Meow..." The little Golden Leopard Cat sauntered over with a haughty grace, rubbing its head against her calf.
"Little Goldie, what do you want? Want me to play with you?" She picked it up and stroked its head. The little golden cat closed its eyes in comfort.
It was now as docile as it had once been wild.
"Come on. Let's get you some cat food."
