If the Abyss's Will had a conscious mind, it probably never would have dreamed,
that the target it was trying to erode and corrupt was actually a "Poisonous Bait."
Or that someone would use such an inconceivable method to filter it into pure "Supplements."
'Got another little bit...'
A flicker of indescribable satisfaction passed through Ian's mind.
This feeling of turning the enemy's strength to his own use, of snatching food from a tiger's mouth... every time he experienced it, he felt the thrill of dancing on a knife's edge.
He called this process: "fleecing the Abyss's Will."
Of course, he was clear-headed about it.
The amount of "wool" he got each time was too small. It could only serve as an extra "dessert" or an "accelerator" for his daily Meditation and couldn't replace his main course.
What truly supported his steady progress was the Cultivation of the [Starry Sky Festival] itself, as well as the [Starlight Potion] he was working hard to improve.
