As Howie finished speaking, the applause grew even more thunderous. They were, after all, a group of rowdy young people in their early twenties who loved to make a scene. The ensuing cheers were loud enough to tear the roof off.

"Phoebe, what are you spacing out for? Get up there!" Seeing that Phoebe Faulkner hadn't yet snapped out of her daze, Kitty gave her a smiling push, urging her to hurry onto the stage. She couldn't let all their hard work go to waste.
Pushed forward a step by Kitty, Phoebe Faulkner frowned slightly and glanced back at her friend.
But she saw that Robin Morgan was already on the stage.
