Nolan again woke up with Elias in his arms.
Last night Elias had thrown a tantrum. He wanted to sleep with Nolan in Elias' room.
At first Nolan was hesitatent and Mrs Palmer strongly opposed it.
But Elias was stubborn. He demanded that either Nolan sleep in his room or he would sleep in Nolan's room.
At the end Mrs Palmer reluctantly agreed.
So, Nolan and Elias slept in Elias' room.

Nolan sighed and went to the bathroom to wash up.
While he was in the bathroom, Elias woke up.
He didn't open his eyes but when he reached for Nolan and didn't find out, his eyes snapped open.
He sat up on the and scanned the room with panicked eyes.
Just the bathroom's door opened ans Nolan stepped out.
Relief washed over Elias like a wave when he saw him.
He scrambled out of the bed and clung to Nolan like his life dependent on him.
Which to Elias actually did.
Nolan was startled when Elias launched at him but he somehow steadily both of them.
Elias buried his face in Nolan's neck.
" What happened? " Nolan asked.
" Nothing... I just... I thought you left me " Elias' voice cracked.
" It's alright I'm right here " Nolan reassured Elias.
" Please don't leave. I can't... I can't " Elias buried his face in Nolan's chest and cried.
The thought of Nolan leaving terrified Elias very much.
The reason behind this is that he can't leave without Nolan.
Actually Mrs Charlotte Palmer Elias' current mother is not his biological mother.
Elias' actually mother died when he was three.
After that, he became an empty shell.
Since Elias was born, he had little emotions due to complications from premature birth.
Whatever emotions he had left was because of his mother.
But after her death, his remaining emotions died with her.
To raise Elias, Mr Palmer married Charlotte.
Charlotte was infertiled and didn't had kids of her own so she poured all her love into Elias.
But Elias remained emotionless and didn't show any affection.
Then one day, when Elias was passing by an orphanage he saw little Nolan.
The young Nolan was small, extremely cute and looked fragile.
For the first time since his mother died, Elias felt a flicker of emotion.
That day, he demanded that his parents adopt Nolan.
At first Mr and Mrs Palmer didn't wanted to but when Elias refused to eat they finally agreed.
Mr and Mrs Palmer didn't liked Nolan at all and didn't wanted to adopt him but they did for Elias.
Soon Nolan became his everything.
His once dead emotions, stirred again. But only for Nolan, he still remained emotionless to others.
Nolan was his everything.
His love.
His smile.
The only ray of light in his dark world.
Elias can't live without Nolan.
Nolan was his life.
He became increasing obsessive and possessive.
Because of his obsession, Mr Palmer send Elias abroad when he was 12.
After coaxing Elias for half an hour, he finally let go of Nolan.
At 11 o'clock:
Nolan sat on his mattress. He was deep in thoughts.
For the past two hours he had been thinking what to give Elias.
When nothing came to mind, he decided to go shopping.
He open his banking app in his phone and stared at the balance.
He only had 100 dollars in his account.
Nolan sighed and got ready to go out.
Elias was not at home so it was a perfect timing for him to get Elias' gift without him knowing.
He quickly left the mansion.

Nolan spend one and half an hour searching for a gift but unfortunately he didn't get any thing.
Some things he didn't like and those he liked were expensive.
At the end, he went to a jewelry store.
Nolan looked at the Jewelries then pointed a pair of earrings.
" How much is this? " He asked the jeweler.
" 95 dollars " The jeweler replied with a smile.
Nolan stared at the earrings with wide eyes.
He only had hundred dollars and if he brought it, he would only had 5 dollars left.
He didn't want to spend these much but he wanted to give Elias something good so he brought it.
After he paid, he came out of the store and sighed.
He stared at the box of earrings. He had brought a pair of emerald green dangly earrings.
Why emerald green? Because it matched Elias' eyes.

Nolan quietly entered mansion, he looked around for Elias and fortunately he didn't came back yet.
Nolan quickly went to his room and hid the gift.
Later Elias came home and went straight to Nolan's room.
He had brought his outfit for the banquet and wanted to show Nolan.
Elias knocked on the door.
Nolan opened it and Elias threw himself in Nolan's arms.
" Nolan I brought my outfit. Come and help me wear it " Elias said while rubbing his cheek against Nolan's cheek.
Nolan smiled " Ok let's go " He said excitedly.
Both Elias and Nolan went to Elias room.
In his room, Elias took out the clothes.
" Nolan help me wear them " Elias said sweetly.
" What? " Nolan face flushed.
" But... But " Nolan became flustered.
" Are not gonna help me? " Elias asked with puppy dog eyes.
Nolan sighed " Fine ".
Nolan helped Elias wear the shirt.
" What about the pants? " Elias said and Nolan face turned bright red.
Elias chuckled.
Elias:' seems like I teased him a lot.
Ah na he so cute when he blushing. I want to kiss him right now.
Wait Elias control yourself. For now let him go. At the end he will be your anyway '
Elias thought.
" It's all right I was joking around "
Nolan sighed in relief
Nolan: ' I'm safe '
After Elias was done wearing the clothes, he came out of the bathroom.
" How do I look? " Elias asked.
Nolan stared at Elias, he indeed looked very good.
The suit fitted him perfect.
" You're looking great " Nolan replied and Elias face lit up with happiness.
