A Walk Through the Empire
Lucas stared at the glowing blue notification floating in front of him for a long moment. The delicate sparkles drifting around the edges shimmered softly, almost as if the system itself was a little surprised too. Tiny motes of light danced around the panel like curious fireflies circling a lantern.
[Unknown Viewer Has Entered The Stream]
"…Unknown viewer?" he muttered quietly, tilting his head slightly to the side.
His voice was soft enough that the chat wouldn't notice his sudden curiosity. The friendly messages in the chat box slowed down just a little, like everyone watching had paused for a moment to see what he would do next.
Lucas rubbed the back of his neck and gave a small, easy smile.
"Well… whoever you are, welcome!" he said warmly. "Hope you enjoy the tour."
He didn't want to make things awkward, so he cleared his throat and turned back toward the giant glowing map hanging on the study wall.
"Alright, let's continue where we left off, everyone," he said in a cheerful storytelling voice.
"This right here is the Aurelian Empire—the big, beautiful kingdom where my family lives."
He slowly traced his finger across the magical map, and the glowing lines brightened beneath his touch like rivers of starlight awakening.
The map itself was a masterpiece of enchantment.
Mountains rose gently from the parchment in soft three-dimensional bumps, their snowy peaks sparkling with tiny frost crystals. Vast forests glowed with shifting shades of emerald and gold, their painted leaves appearing to sway in an invisible breeze. Far in the south, golden deserts shimmered under a painted sun, their dunes glistening like piles of powdered amber.
Along the eastern edge stretched a wide sapphire sea that sparkled like scattered diamonds. Tiny enchanted ships drifted slowly across the water, their painted sails fluttering as if caught in real wind.
"The empire is huge," Lucas explained warmly, his eyes bright with quiet wonder even though he had seen the map countless times.
"Up north you've got tall snowy mountains where ice dragons sometimes fly."
"In the west, deep green forests filled with glowing flowers and friendly spirit animals."
"Way down south are warm deserts with hidden oases that shine like jewels."
"And over here in the east?"
He tapped the sparkling sea.
"A massive ocean that stretches forever, with islands that float just a little above the water because of ancient magic."
The viewers listened closely, the chat filling with fascinated reactions.

"It's not the biggest territory in the empire," Lucas explained.
"But it's important."
"We protect nearby villages from monsters like those silly goblins, manage the farmland so everyone has food, and keep the trade roads safe so merchants can travel peacefully."
He chuckled lightly.
"It's pretty calm most days… unless a random goblin den shows up."
Then Lucas leaned closer to the camera slightly, lowering his voice in a dramatic whisper.
"But the empire wasn't always this peaceful."
"A long time ago there was a massive war that almost destroyed the entire continent."
The study seemed quieter as he spoke.
Even the ancient books lining the shelves looked as if they were listening.
"Nobles fought each other with enchanted swords and powerful magic."
"Storms of lightning tore across the skies."
"Cities burned with purple flames."
"And dragons roared across the battlefield."
He spread his arms dramatically.
"Imagine the sky filled with fire and thunder!"
The chat exploded again.

His eyes widened dramatically.
"…Wait."

He blinked several times in disbelief.
"That's… that's a LOT."

The chat instantly exploded.

He clapped his hands happily.
"Let's celebrate!"
He leaned closer to the camera with a mischievous grin.
"If you suddenly reincarnated into a fantasy world like me, what would you do first?"
The chat flooded instantly.

Cloth banners fluttered gently in the breeze.
Merchants called out cheerful greetings.
The air was filled with mouthwatering smells.
Roasted meat.
Sweet honey cakes.
Fresh bread.
Glowing enchanted fruits.
People bustled everywhere.
Children ran laughing through the streets.
Beastkin merchants chatted happily.
Floating lanterns drifted overhead like sleepy fireflies.
"Welcome to the Valerian Market District!" Lucas said happily.

She struggled desperately.
"Let go of me!"
