Chapter 80 - || CHAPTER 80:Anything For Those Two ||

Nobody gave a response, because in reality, Lucan was the person who leaked the news.

The All-Seeing Sage calmed himself down as he said, "I order all of you to leave this place right now!"

Everyone bowed down as they left in a hurry.

The Sage closed his eyes and let out a long, deep breath.

His hands waved in the air as he formed a sign and spoke in an unknown language. Cosmic energy circulated around his body.

As it gathered into a sphere, the Sage's fingers circled around it as he started deducing something.

The sphere glowed brightly as threads flew off it into his mind. It established a direct connection between his mind and the world!

His vision saw a huge cosmos ahead of him; it was the entire solar system.

He asked, "Oh World! There is nothing in this world that can be hidden from your insights. Descend upon this mere mortal and answer his questions!"

The entire place shook as a blurry vision hit the Sage. He heard, "I shall answer one of your questions!"

The Sage smiled gently as he asked, "How did the Lord escape our grasp? Who let out the news of Celestia? And... how shall I catch them both?"

The voice laughed heartily. "The only person capable of being that smart is you... are you the All-Seeing Sage?"

The Sage cupped his hands. "This mere mortal is indeed the All-Seeing Sage! I bow before you!"

The voice replied, "You are different from your ancestors! They were all impolite and dumb—they were after my power. But... you are smart, respectful, and you only seek answers! Not my powers! Hahaha, alright, let me answer your questions!

First, the Lord himself was the reason! Although it was all due to the Pride Crystal's scheme and the Crystal of Betrayal's ambition.

The reason why I said the Lord himself is... he is something you can never find again, even if you wait a millennium.

Hehe, such talent! Such ego! Such pride! I envy the Pride Crystal, haha! What a lucky guy!

And next, the person who let out the news is Lucan!

...

Lucan! Uh... uhh... what! This kid... amazing! Sage, for your third and last question: don't attempt to catch them both. I am not giving advice; it's a warning!"

The Sage swallowed his saliva. "Those two are that dangerous? My heart says not to believe it! But my brain says it's the truth because you said so!"

The voice went quiet for a moment before saying, "Lucan by himself is highly dangerous! But the golden butterflies are with him."

The Sage replied, "Yes... I know about the golden butterfly! He is really lucky to be chosen by the golden butterfly. But can't we manage to do something against that one?"

The voice roared, "Are you crazy? Listen! I said *butterflies*! Not *butterfly*!

The entire race of golden butterflies is with him! Moreover, they didn't choose him.

They share a bond!... Sage, I am certain you know what happens when the golden butterfly forms a bond with someone, right?"

The Sage's heart sank to rock bottom. "A bond... I have read about it! Oh no, but I have already offended them both."

The voice laughed. "Don't worry, I shall stay by your side!"

The Sage's face lit up. "Then it will be very easy!"

The voice sighed. "Only until the golden butterfly arrives, that is, because its powers are..."

The Sage asked in anticipation, "Powers are...?"

The voice went silent as it completely disappeared.

The sphere broke as the threads wilted.

The Sage opened his eyes and started to cough up blood. He screamed, "Healers! Rush here..."

Suddenly, multiple aliens rushed in and took the Sage to the medical ward.

The highest-quality healer checked him and said, "I am afraid that even with my powers, I can do nothing!"

An alien punched him in the jaw, sending his tooth flying.

"What do you mean you can't? The Sage can't die!"

The alien shook his head and frowned. "You think I want to kill the Sage? It is literally beyond my limits! I can't do anything. The Sage used that power to converse with the entire world!"

Everyone remained quiet, feeling hopeless.

The King walked out with heavy injuries, his gaze shifting past the Sage.

He frowned. "I will kill you! You must die today at my hands! You..."

The King rushed forward, his hands piercing through the Sage's chest.

The surrounding aliens tried to resist, but who could match the King? Nobody could match his power, even at his lowest point.

Suddenly, another set of hands pierced through the King's heart as a figure appeared. "Ah! My, my, what am I seeing now? Destiny's Heavenly King killing the All-Seeing Sage?"

The King coughed up blood as he said, "If you don't want to die, scram!"

The figure smirked and mocked him. "Blah, blah, blah, stop yapping! You aren't even in your prime—"

The King's other hand pierced through the figure's heart, driving deeper.

The King bit his arms and pulled them out of his chest.

He screamed in pain as blood gushed from their bodies.

The aliens in the entire space station started to panic, rushing back and forth to resolve the issue.

The King stood up as he withdrew his arms. "Revenge successful! Now I shall leave."

The King healed himself instantly and said, "This will be your fate if you dare to harm my friends!"

An alien asked, "King, we shall all obey your words, but none of us understand these sudden, strange actions! Please explain!"

The King's eyes teared up as he started to speak.

"In my childhood, I was abandoned on my planet because of our race! You must know about that. At that time, I was surviving alone in the forests."

The alien asked, "On your own?"

The King smiled gently. "No, I was too young for that. There were two people: her and him. They took care of me until I learned about life. My first friends were those two. If I am at this point now, it is all thanks to both of them.

They both had a very kind nature, just as the present world associates kindness with my name. But in truth... I am not that kind at all. Those two would help anyone—"

The alien interrupted, "Anyone in need?"

The King smiled gently. "No, everybody! They didn't see needs and wants; they just liked doing good deeds and helping others. But I was the complete opposite. I sought revenge to exterminate everyone who was against us!

Our race was almost eradicated for some purpose, but it was a scheme by universal beings! I can't forgive them even now! Forget it—"

The same alien raised his hand, and the King punched him into the wall.

"Shut up and listen! If anybody interrupts me one more time, death!"

Everyone remained quiet, nodding in unison.

The King said, "Ah! Where did I leave off? Uhm, I've got it!

After that, many other incidents occurred, but I won't tell you about them.

Let me get to the point. Those two contracted a severe sickness and were treated by the space station. In exchange, I worked here.

My friends told me to be kind and good, which was the face all of you saw for a long time.

I hated it! But for the sake of those two, I would do anything—even assassination! Hehe, however, they would never ask for that.

But... the Sage actually killed them both long ago and pretended they were alive, forcing me to work and using me.

More than that, he killed them for his own benefit! And... Ah! I can't let him die like this! I have to torture him for eternity!

Even that won't suffice. Hmm, I shall first take him away before deciding!"

The King walked up to the place where he had killed the Sage, only to see him getting healed by that new alien.

Moreover, his chest was completely fine, even though the King had earlier pierced through it.

The King raised his hands to slam him down, but the alien said, "Wait... before killing me, look at this."

The King slammed him down to the ground. The space station itself shook as cracks appeared all over it.

The aliens gasped at the King's massive strength.

He grinned. "Hehe! I love this. Let me kill all of you! No, the entire cosmos, and recreate it only with those two!"
