Chapter 81 - || CHAPTER 81:Kindness Is Good, But Revenge Is Better! ||

The alien fell down due to King's slam as blood oozed out of its body.

King was painted in blood. He touched it and laughed, "Forgiveness is good, but revenge is better! Hahaha!"

King started slashing down every single one of the space station aliens. Sage and the new alien were down.

Nobody could save the space station. Sage slowly woke up to see this massacre. He sighed, "Looks like we have to awaken the others too!"

The new alien grunted in pain as he crept in. "Ugh... I thought King was the kindest person alive in existence! But this... I am afraid you made a mistake by killing them both!"

Sage coughed out blood as he frowned. "You... never know the full truth behind it! Actually, the entire race had to be eradicated!"

The alien frowned. "I think of standing along with King! Hmph!"

Sage sighed. "You had something to show King... what was it?"

The alien's hands trembled as he handed over the item.

It was cylindrical in shape, filled with a strange liquid. It had two small glowing balls floating in it.

Sage's eyes widened. "Isn't this that device? Which can store information for any period of time? And... it is from King's friends!"

The alien nodded his head. "I thought this might buy us time to flee! Or else King shall slaughter all of us!"

Sage analyzed it with his powers as he said, "We have hope. Here, give it to King! If he sees this, we might have a chance to survive!"

The alien stood up as he started to move towards King.

A hand grabbed his leg... and pulled him down.

The alien's heart sank to rock bottom as he felt death almost nearing him.

He screamed, "Please don't kill me, King! Please watch this before taking any decision!"

Sage hushed him. "Idiot, keep quiet. Where the hell were you going? To dig your own grave?"

The alien replied, "Idiot! Didn't you ask me to give this to King?"

Sage frowned. "Who are you? You dare address me as such!"

The alien mocked him. "Shut up, boomer!"

Sage's anger exploded as he lifted his disguise to see his face.

Sage had a pale expression. "You are... one of us! The highest-ranked alien in the space station!"

The alien sighed. "Ah, you finally saw through it! Good for you. By the way, don't you know my name?"

Sage took a close look.

He had blue skin with a halo floating above his head. He had a small body and a thin physique.

His hands were covered in a pair of black gloves. He wore a yellow robe.

He was the last member to join, with the highest position in the space station.

Sage asked, "Aren't you a kid? And you joined last among us!"

The alien sighed. "Looks like the game is over. You found my disguise! Huh, wait here till I drag over King!"

Sage wanted to hit him and make sense of the seriousness.

But the kid easily dodged it and said, "Woah! Come on, uncle. I can't play with you now! I am gonna play with King!"

As he left instantly.

Sage gasped. "You can teleport?"

But a voice whispered near his ears, "No, I can turn invisible! Hehe, All Seeing Sage is your name, but you can't even see through my disguise and fight me!"

Sage calmed down as he answered, "I thought we had to go gentle on kids! But... hehe, looks like you wanna taste my rough side!"

King's voice echoed as he said, "I shall taste it. Hmph! You aren't dead yet?"

Sage's gaze pierced the wind as it saw through King.

The kid sneaked in and tried to stab King from behind.

King had knowledge of him being invisible; hence, he was stabbed by that kid.

King fell to the ground holding his chest. His eyes had deep hatred, blinding everything else in front of his vision.

King calmed down for a second before unleashing his rage.

He started to move faster and faster as time increased.

He was able to see even the invisible kid. He punched him consecutively till he became visible again.

The kid screamed in pain as he started to cry. In the end, he was still a kid.

Sage pitied him as he defended him. "King, stop this and listen to me once!"

King was out of his consciousness as he started to attack ferociously.

He tore through Sage and crushed his heart. "Die! Die! You are persistent as a cockroach. Just stay dead!"

The kid was crying. King's gaze shifted past him.

"Let me ask you once. Were you involved in the death of my friends?"

The kid went silent before he retreated back several steps, then started running away.

Sage thought, "If only I had my powers, damn it!"

King threw off Sage as he said, "Try healing yourself, and I shall massacre the entire world! Shut up and stay alive!"

Sage frowned in anger, but he was helpless. He couldn't do anything now.

King rushed as he caught up to the kid and held him in the air.

"So you were involved! Huh?"

The kid teared up. "No, and I am scared! Please leave me-"

King hit him right in the stomach with his knee.

"Your act of kindness won't deceive me!"

Sage replied, "What if it was real kindness! Fool!"

King smiled in a creepy way.

"I know true kindness better than anybody in this world! Thanks to those two..."

Sage showed King the device.

"Here, it contains your friends' last words! Ple-"

King chopped off Sage's hands as he grabbed it instantly. He threw off the arm and took the device.

He asked, "Tell me! How do I use this?"

Sage started to laugh.

"Hahaha, I won't!"

King thought of killing him as the kid smirked.

"You don't know how to use it! So without our help, nobody else can help you open it up."

King snorted.

"I knew you were acting, disgraceful brat! Hmph!"

Sage said, "I shall tell you how to open it if you let us all live! You have already slain enough lives. Look around you."

King turned his head as he looked through the place.

Almost every alien was dead. A few were fleeing with injuries, while a few stayed hidden.

King killed Sage at the same instant.

"I don't care. My revenge is what is primary. So even if I can't hear them, I can have their voices with me for eternity."

Sage said, "You shall... regret this if you listen to it!"

King held him and healed him.

"Open it! Let me hear it first."

Sage's eyes shone as he instantly opened the device.

King saw both of his friends on a hologram.

He was taken inside it.

Their appearances were similar to Lucan and Celestia!

King gasped.

"You look like those two."

The boy put his hands over King's shoulder.

"Who? Lucan! Haha! Yeah, it is because I am him! Remember my name?"

King recalled his name. It was Lucan too, but a bit different.

King asked, "But he isn't from our solar system!"

The boy replied, "That must be because of that reason..."

King asked, "He is... you from an alternate world? Really?"

The boy laughed.

"Ah, no, that's not the case. Well, you see! There was a human. He once came out of the same solar system as this Lucan guy!

He was our ancestor too. We are a part of his species!"

King asked, "So he is our relative?"

The boy said, "No! He later became a universal being. While he was here long ago, he came to different solar systems and strengthened himself!

Once, he was here. Our species was just evolving, and he was fighting on our planet.

The aliens wanted to collect his cells for research. Haha! But they were all killed in the end.

And his cells combined with our evolving species to form our species!"

King asked, "How do you know all... this?"

The girl walked ahead.

"You see, it all connects with Pride Crystal!

Remember our species was forced to become extinct once. It was because we contain human cells from that ancestor.

Later, he was captured by the universal beings! Rumors say he is still there waiting for his descendant to save him."

King asked, "So... humans were labelled C-tier and their relative species were exterminated by the other aliens! And that descendant is Lucan?"

The girl nodded her head.

"But, listen to our full story!"
