Sarah had already met every member of the family… except one.
Her name was Eva.
Who was Eva?
Eva was Doctor Kevin's daughter. She was just ten months old.
When Sarah met her for the first time, she instantly fell in love with her. Eva was incredibly adorable and innocent, with soft cheeks and bright little eyes that sparkled with curiosity.
The moment Sarah took her into her arms, something inside her melted. All her pain, confusion, and fear seemed to fade away, even if only for a moment.
Eva, too, seemed happy in her embrace. She giggled softly and held onto Sarah's dress with her tiny fingers, as if she already felt safe with her.

At the same time, Ryan was in an important meeting.
Alice was there with him, and the client had arrived with his team. A large screen displayed their presentation as the client explained his ideas in detail.
However, Ryan was completely distracted.
He wasn't paying attention to the project at all. Every word the client spoke went over his head.
His mind was somewhere else.
Only one thought kept repeating again and again—
"Where is Sarah? In what condition is she? I am guilty… I hurt her… I took advantage of her love and trust…"
The client soon noticed Ryan's lack of attention, and it irritated him deeply.
In an angry tone, he said, "Mr. Ryan, where have you lost yourself? I have been explaining my ideas for so long. Do you think this is a joke?"
Alice quickly tried to handle the situation.
"You're misunderstanding—" she began.
But the client was too angry to listen.
Without waiting for any explanation, he stormed out of the room.
Everyone tried to follow him, but Ryan stopped them.
Alice then walked up to Ryan. Gently, she placed her hand on his chest and said softly,
"Ryan, I understand your pain… you're worried about Sarah…"
Ryan looked at her sharply, anger flashing in his eyes.
Then his gaze shifted to her hand resting on his chest.
Alice immediately understood from his expression that he didn't like it.
She quickly withdrew her hand.
"I'm sorry," she said quietly.

Meanwhile, Doctor Kevin brought a bouquet of jasmine flowers for Sarah.
The fragrance of the flowers filled the room.
Sarah felt touched by the gesture.
"Sofia… this is for you," Kevin said with a gentle smile.
Sarah looked at the bouquet and then at him.
"Kevin, you didn't have to do all this. You've already done so much for me," she said softly.
Kevin shook his head.
"You are a guest in our family. It's our duty to keep you happy," he replied warmly.
Sarah smiled and accepted the bouquet respectfully.
But the moment she received it…
Something strange happened.
A sudden image flashed in her mind.
A girl… handing over the same bouquet to a boy.
The scene was unclear… like a black-and-white memory.
She couldn't see their faces.
She couldn't recognize who they were.
Suddenly, a sharp pain shot through her head.
She winced and held her forehead.
Kevin immediately noticed.
"What happened? Are you alright?" he asked with concern.
Sarah looked at him, still shaken.
"I… I saw something… a memory," she said slowly. "A girl was giving the same bouquet to a boy…"
Kevin's expression changed slightly.
He understood immediately.
"That must be your past memory," he said calmly. "It means your memories are slowly returning."
He added, "This is actually a good sign. The chances of your memory coming back are high."
Sarah's eyes widened.
"Really?" she asked, a small spark of hope appearing inside her.
Kevin smiled.
"Yes."
Then he gently said, "You must be tired. You should get some rest."
He helped her into the wheelchair and carefully took her to the guest room.
With great care, he helped her onto the bed.
"If you need anything, just let someone know. Everyone here is ready to help you," he said.
Sarah smiled softly.
"Okay, Doctor Kevin."

After some time, Eva came crawling into Sarah's room.
Sarah opened her eyes and saw her.
Her face lit up instantly with happiness.
But then… her expression suddenly changed.
Above Eva, on a wooden shelf, there was a glass vase.
It was unstable.
And it was about to fall.
"Eva… move away…" Sarah tried to say.
But Eva was too small to understand.
Sarah tried to call for help.
But no one heard her.
The vase started slipping… slowly… dangerously.
Sarah's heart began to race.
She didn't think twice.
Even though she couldn't walk properly, she tried to get out of bed.
She lost her balance and fell to the floor.
Pain shot through her body.
But she ignored it.
At that moment, nothing mattered more than saving Eva.
Crawling with difficulty, she moved towards her.
The vase was about to fall.
Her heartbeat grew louder.
With all her strength, Sarah pushed herself forward and suddenly jumped, wrapping Eva tightly in her arms.
She protected her completely.
The next moment—
The glass vase shattered on Sarah's back.
Sharp pieces of glass pierced into her skin.
Blood started flowing heavily.
Sarah screamed in pain, her body trembling.
Hearing the noise, Doctor Kevin and the rest of the family rushed into the room.
They were shocked by the scene.
Sarah was lying on the floor, crying in pain, holding Eva tightly in her arms.
Glass pieces were deeply embedded in her back, and blood was everywhere.
Kevin immediately ran towards her.
The family carefully took Eva from her arms.
Kevin gently lifted Sarah into his arms and placed her on the bed.
With great urgency, he removed the glass pieces from her back and treated her wounds.
Sarah cried out in pain, tears streaming down her face.
To ease her suffering, Kevin gave her an injection so she could fall unconscious and rest.
Slowly, her body relaxed…
And she drifted into unconsciousness.
