Marco was in an armchair when the phone rang.
Marco gets up, picks up the phone and asks:
"Hello Microchip, is there a problem?" Marco asks.
Microchip on the other end of the line replies:
"Frank, you're very different. Not only because you've become a mutant, but because your personality has changed. You're more brutal, you even look like Doom Guy mixed with Paul Kersey from Death Wish. That's without even mentioning that our "ally" is an anime character, which borders on the bizarre." Microchip replies.
Marco then says:
"Paul Kersey and Doom Guy? Good analysis, brutality, and efficiency. I think being a more brutal vigilante is the answer. As for Cooler, it hasn't caused any problems so far. I think we can trust him, unless Sentry decides to be our ally. What other extremely powerful being decides of their own free will to hunt down criminals? That's what we have, and I don't think we'll find anyone as strong as Cooler." Marco says.
Microchip on the other end of the phone line asks:
"How can you find that normal? You have an anime character as an ally who destroys planets like it's nothing, and you think that's normal???" Microchip asks.
Marco chuckles slightly and replies:
"Stay calm, the next ally could be Future Trunks or Cell, then we'd really be in trouble. The Avengers and the Fantastic Four would hunt us down all over New York." Marco replies.
Microchip then says curtly:
"Don't let him destroy New York. He's under your care, don't do anything reckless." Microchip says.
Marco then asks:
"Is that the only reason you called?" Marco asks.
Microchip then replies:
"Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat will be at a party today in Metropolitan Museum of Art, celebrating the Eastern European community in New York. There will be a visible police presence at the location." Microchip replies.
Marco then says:
"Great, now I'll finish the work I didn't complete." Marco says.
Microchip then replies:
"See you later, Frank." Microchip says.
Microchip turns off the phone.

[Microchip Mission: Kill Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat]
[Reward: 40 million dollars.]
Marco looks at the clock and sees that it is 2:30 PM, so he decides to take a nap in the armchair.
...
Somewhere in Marco's subconscious, he awakens and sees a statue of Frederick the Great, George S. Patton, Trajan ,his father Frank Castle, and a faceless statue.
Then Marco sees the statue of Frederick the Great, and sees something written on it.
"Frederick the Great was one of the most important kings of Prussia and Europe in the 18th century. He had one of the best armies of his time and he is considered one of the best military leaders and kings of all time." Marco says.
Marco noticed that something was also written on the statue of George S. Patton.
"George S. Patton, one of the most eccentric military men in the American army. He claimed to have been a Roman legionary in past lives, yet he was the most dedicated soldier in military campaigns. During World War II, he participated in campaigns in North Africa and Italy, and considered Erwin von Rommel a worthy rival to face on the battlefield. Despite his eccentricities, he was a great American general and is among the best military leaders in the U.S." Marco says.
Marcus then noticed that something was also written on the statue of Trajan.
"Your favorite Roman emperor, a soldier-emperor who led Rome to its greatest expansion, from Mesopotamia to southern Caledonia." Marco says.
Marco is somewhat surprised by the brief description compared to those of the other statues.
Then Marco sees the statue of Frank Castle and it says something simpler.
"Your father." Marco says.
And finally, the faceless statue, which also had a brief description.
"Your destination." Marco says.
Then a ghost appeared and whispered something.
"You're going too far, get back to normal, go back to being the Frank who kills criminal underworld thugs." The ghost whispers.
Marco laughs and says confidently:
"I didn't come here to be a background character; I'm going to alter future sagas, whether you like it or not." Marco says.
The ghost then speaks in a ghostly voice.
"So be it." The ghost speaks.
The ghost disappears, and soon after, an incandescent glow takes over Marco's subconscious.

Marco wakes up and sees that the clock shows 10:20 PM.
Well, time to prepare for the confrontation.
Marco gets up from the armchair, goes to the bathroom, and takes a shower.
After leaving the bathroom, he grabs some clothes and dresses in a formal suit that he had borrowed from a Romanian mobster.
Marco walks to the top floor and finds Cooler gazing at the horizon.
Marco then asks:
"I'll need you to take me to the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat are there, can I count on your help?" Marco asks.
Cooler looks at Marco and replies:
"I will help you, earthling. But there's one condition: let me kill some villain, no matter how lame." Cooler replies.
Marco chuckles slightly and says:
"Becoming a vigilante? Daredevil will want to sue you for killing a lame villain." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"I'm tired of dwelling on my hatred for Saiyans; I'm going to become something new, different from my father and my younger brother. Let them fight with the Saiyans, I don't care anymore, I have a second chance and I'm going to take it." Cooler says.
Marco then says:
"So we have a job to do." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"Hold on tight, because the trip will be intense." Cooler says.
Cooler uses his telekinesis on Marco, launches him into flight, and heads towards the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Cooler approaches the Metropolitan Museum of Art and leaves Marco on the ground.
Cooler then says:
"Now it's up to you, good luck." Cooler says.
Cooler then flies to a nearby building and watches Marco's actions from afar.
Marco then slips unnoticed through the crowd and enters the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Inside the museum, Marco follows the sense Ki to detect the presence of Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat.
After a few meters, Marco finally finds them.
Vera Konstantin and Cristu Bulat were talking to some New York city councilman when Marco says:
"I found you, you sons of bitches!" Marco says.
Vera Konstantin's eyes widen and she says:
"You! You damned bastard!" Vera Konstantin says.
Cristu Bulat looks coldly and says:
"I have a surprise for you." Cristu Bulat says.
Then Marco senses the presence of Bushwacker and Shocker approaching him.
Marco gives a slight smile and says:
"They are nothing compared to my current power, and you all die now." Marco says.
Marco advances towards Cristu Bulat, throws a punch that pierces his stomach, rips out his intestines, and finishes him off.
Vera Konstantin is horrified to see Cristu Bulat killed in such a brutal way.
People start running in desperation as the Punisher approaches inside the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
Vera Konstantin then screams in anger:
"You damned murderer!!!! You filthy, crazy mutant!!!!" Vera Konstantin screams.
Marco looks at Vera Konstantin and says:
"Well, well, well, the whore who sold Eastern European teenagers like they were animals now wants to call me a murderer? Get on the list, you're not the only one." Marco says.
A shot hits Marco in the leg and then immediately after, in Marco's ribs.
Marco regenerates quickly and says:
"You're not going to kill a mutant with artistic talents, Bushwacker; you're facing the most lethal mutant of all." Marco says.
Bushwacker then appears and says:
"For 40 million dollars, I would kill even Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden." Bushwacker says.
Marco gives a slight smile and says:
"40 million is too little, 80 million would be a good starting bid, now I'm the perfect killing machine." Marco says.
Marco channels energy into his finger and launches the Death Beam at Bushwacker, killing him instantly.
A gray orb emerges from Bushwacker's body, and Marco absorbs its vital energy, which frightens Vera Konstantin.
Shocker, seeing Marco absorb a gray orb from Bushwacker's body from afar, decided to flee upon realizing what kind of job it was.
Marco looks at Vera Konstantin, gives a macabre smile, and says:
"Time to meet Mephisto." Marco says.
Vera Konstantin tries to run but Marco throws Bushwacker's body on top of her and she screams:
"Have mercy! I'll report everything to the police, just don't kill me! I know other people who are involved in sex trafficking!" Vera Konstantin screams.
Marco thinks for a few seconds and says:
"The Romanian mobsters I killed had already given me the contact information for these people, and you were at the center of it all. I'll kill them too, but you'll die now for everything you did to those girls." Marco says.
Marco removes Bushwacker's body from on top of Vera Konstantin, grabs her by the arms, and says:
"Join me on yet another list of death statistics caused by me." Marco says.
Just as one tears a sheet of paper, Marco ripped Vera Konstantin in half with his sheer strength.

Then a briefcase appeared in front of Marco, and he opened it and saw that it was a diamond.
Marco grabs his briefcase and leaves the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
As Marco was leaving, he found Cooler beating up Shocker, in a scene similar to Frieza beating up Vegeta.
Marco then asks:
"What did Shocker do?" Marco asks.
Cooler stops beating up Shocker and replies:
"He said that my brother was more loved by the fans." Cooler replies.
Marco chuckles slightly and says:
"Do you want to step out of your younger brother's shadow? Don't act like him. This is your first step." Marco says.
Shocker is freed from Cooler's metallic tail and lies on the ground, his body covered in injuries.
Cooler looks at Shocker and says:
"I was holding back, now you're dead." Cooler says.
Cooler channels energy into his hand, unleashes a blast of energy, and disintegrates Shocker.
Marco then says:
"See? It's better to exterminate them once and for all than to keep torturing them. If you are strong enough, there is no reason to play games with the enemy." Marco says.
Cooler then asks:
"So, what will your next target be?" Cooler asks.
Marco then replies:
"We're going to travel to Caracas; Microchip discovered that the Los Solaris Cartel obtained a nuclear warhead from Eastern Europe. The Avengers are too busy, and the Thunderbolts weren't called upon by the government. We're going to destroy a cartel that has a nuclear warhead in its possession, save the world, and maybe the heroes will stop getting annoyed with my methods." Marco replies.
Cooler then asks:
"Latin America? Do you want to cause geopolitical problems for your country?" Cooler asks.
Marco chuckles slightly and replies:
"I need to be valued, and 40 million is not enough." Marco replies.
Cooler then says:
"You would be a great soldier in my army. You always strive to be better at what you do." Cooler says.
Marco then says:
"Time to face a new type of mission; I have a few months to avoid a gigantic problem for the USA." Marco says.
Cooler chuckles slightly and says:
"And end up with a reward exceeding 100 million dollars." Cooler says.
Marco laughs and says:
"My goal is $200 million by July 2006; I will be the most wanted man in the Americas." Marco says.
Cooler then says:
"Let's begin a new phase." Cooler says.
Cooler uses his telekinesis on Marco, launches him into flight, and they return to base.
