"I came to buy a bow."
"A bow, you say?"
There was a reason why I specifically chose a bow among those many weapons.
First of all, I was completely unfamiliar with the proper way to handle a sword or spear, which were weapons commonly used in the hunting competition. I, of course, didn't know how to use a bow either.
But if I had to learn something new anyway, a bow was a somewhat better choice among them. Why?
‘I have Sylpheed.’
A bow was exactly the tool I could use to harness Sylpheed's power without revealing his identity. If I could use Sylpheed to carry the wind and shoot arrows to the desired location with as much power as I wanted, I should be able to protect myself sufficiently.
Since I couldn't reveal Sylpheed's existence to others, I couldn't use a lot of power, but it should be okay to alter the direction of the arrow a bit.
