Ch: 3The Weaver of Threads

(Summary: Elias returns to reality and realizes the watch allows him to enter "The Weave"—the space between moments. The old woman reappears and explains that to untie a knot (a regret), he must provide a "tribute" of his own time. Every minute he changes in the past will cost him a year of his future life. Elias begins to age rapidly as he tries to fix small mistakes in the village, becoming a secret hero, but his body begins to fail him.)
