The monster didn't care about his existential crisis. It swung its mountain-sized sword downward, aiming to turn them into pancakes. Ayush and Vikas looked at each other with the most "bruh" expressions in history. They shared a look that said, "Isekai round two? See you on the other side, king." They both turned away and started giggling like absolute maniacs because, at this point, the trauma had turned into comedy.
But fate wasn't done with them yet.
BOOM! Rei Nakamu suddenly pulled a "main character" move. He jumped into the air, punching directly against the flat of the monster's blade with a squad of hunters. They actually managed to shatter the sword! But the monster, being a total try-hard, slammed its foot down, creating a Magnitude 10 earthquake that sent everyone ragdolling.
The monster reeled back a massive fist for a total wipeout move, but—SIKE! It was all an illusion. The moment the castle roof got snatched, Rei had pulled a pro-gamer move. He used his magic to make it look like everyone was still there, while the King and the citizens had actually dipped into the underground bunkers.
Rei appeared out of thin air, smirking. "Yo, what's up? Last time was a bit mid, wasn't it? Let me show you what a real illusionist looks like."
The monster tried to swat Rei like a fly, but he kept vanishing into fog, wasting the beast's time while the other hunters tried to "ankle-bite" the monster by cutting its Achilles tendons.
Down in the bunker, the vibe was tragic. Aryan was having a full-blown internal monologue: "Bro, the devs really put the final boss in the tutorial. We are barely Level 1 or 2, and we're fighting a god level creature? Where is my harem? Where are the Elves? Where are the cheats ? We aren't even the Main Characters; we're literally 'Background Characters'."
Wait... then who is the main character?!
Aryan, Ayush, and Vikas all looked up at the ceiling, whispering: "We are cooked."
The King, trying to keep the morale from hitting zero, asked, "Are there any hunters here? State your skills!" The trio had to fake it till they made it:
Ayush: "I'm a Summoner," he lied through his teeth, thinking, "Yeah, that sounds legit enough."
Vikas: "I've got Knight skills. I can summon armor and weapons. They're... uh... pretty strong."
Aryan: "I use Shadow magic and a bit of Light magic. I'm a mixture of both."
Ayush and Vikas looked at Aryan like, "Since when?!" but decided to roll with it. The King nodded, "A multi-element user? Useful."
Back on the surface, Rei was still playing tag with the monster. Suddenly, a massive Ogre jumped out of nowhere, punching the monster in the knee! Ayush appeared on the scene with his "squad." Rei grinned, "Oh, you guys actually showed up!"
Vikas was locked and loaded in his armor, wielding a black sword. Aryan stood there with an excited, slightly unhinged smile. Nakamu yelled, "Alright boys, let's finish the mission we abandoned last time! LET'S GET IT!"
The hype was real. The music was peaking. Vikas charged at full speed toward the leg muscles. Ayush's "Army" (2 Ogres, 2 Low-tier Goblins, and some tiny Goblins) jumped at the beast.
The monster got annoyed. It was done with the "mosquitoes." It entered a Rage State and stomped the ground so hard everyone lost their balance. With one casual "get off me" kick, the monster:
One-shotted all of Ayush's summons into dust.
Sent Vikas, Ayush, Nakamu, Juine, Miku, and a dozen A-to-C Rank hunters flying like Team Rocket.
They slammed into a distant stone wall with a sickening crunch. Most were knocked unconscious instantly. Vikas and Nakamu were barely awake, coughing up dust, looking absolutely wrecked.
Aryan stood there in the silence, his smile fading into a forced, trembling face.
"Wait... what? I didn't even get to use my attack yet. Everyone just got deleted in one second. Bro... we are beyond cooked. We are deep-fried."
