The streets of Musutafu City, deep within Japan's Kanto region, was being torn apart piece by piece.
Each clash sending violent shockwaves ripping through the air, shattering windows, splitting roads, and reducing entire blocks into jagged ruins. Streetlights bent like twigs. Cars were overturned like toys. Dust and smoke swallowed the skyline as civilians watched from shelters and rooftops far in the distance.
And at the center of the chaos stood Shoto,Deku and Bakugo.
Bakugo launched forward first,
"MOVE"
His palms detonated with a thunderous blast, propelling him through the air like a missile. He spun violently and drove both hands forward, unleashing an explosion so massive it swallowed the villain in blazing orange light. The sheer heat scorched the battlefield, forcing sweat to pour from Bakugo even faster.
"DIE ALREADY!"
The villain burst through the flames.
Before it could recover, a freezing wave crashed into its side.
Shoto Todoroki stepped forward, his expression calm but fierce, blue flames and white frost spiraling around his body in perfect harmony.
The ground beneath him cracked as ice pillars erupted upward while torrents of fire spiraled around them, creating a storm of burning frost that engulfed the villain from every direction. Steam exploded across the battlefield as fire and ice collided with devastating force.
Still, the creature roared and staggered forward.
Then the wind changed.
Izuku Midoriya landed between them, green lightning snapping wildly across his body.
His eyes narrowed.
"Are you guys ready?!" he shouted.
Bakugo answered with a savage grin.
Shoto simply nodded.
Deku smiled.
"Alright... let's finish this."
Dark tendrils of Blackwhip exploded from his arms and wrapped around his body like living armor. More tendrils burst from his back, whipping through the smoke-filled air like tentacles.
Then he slammed his foot down.
"Smokescreen!"
A thick purple cloud flooded the battlefield, swallowing the villain's vision entirely.
The monster roared in confusion, swinging wildly into the darkness.
Too late.
Inside the smoke, Deku's voice echoed.
"Fa Jin... release!"
A shockwave burst outward as stored kinetic energy detonated through his body. In that same instant, he grabbed Bakugo and Shoto with Blackwhip and hurled them forward with explosive speed.
The villain barely turned before they were already there.
Bakugo descended from above like a meteor.
"HAAA!"
A point-blank explosion detonated against its chest.
At the same moment, Shoto struck from below, launching a pillar of ice and flame that ripped upward through the monster's body.
Then Deku appeared directly in front of it.
Green lightning surged violently around his fist.
"ONE FOR ALL...!"
He twisted his body.
"DETROIT SMAAAASH!"
The punch landed with enough force to split the street in two.
The combined impact sent a deafening blast through Musutafu. Buildings trembled. Clouds above the city parted. A crater formed beneath the villain as its unstable body began tearing apart, energy leaking from every crack.
It screamed and Then collapsed.
The monstrous form dissolved completely, revealing only a middle-aged man with white hair, unconscious in the center of the ruined street.
Silence.
Then cheers erupted across the city.
From distant rooftops, shelters, and streets, civilians shouted in celebration. Children watching from U.A. High's classroom leapt from their seats.
"THEY WON!"
"MR. MIDORIYA IS SO COOL!"
"BAKUGO WAS AWESOME!"
"TODOROKI TOO!"
Back on the battlefield, Shoto let out a long breath and sat on the broken pavement, faintly smiling.
Deku stood tall nearby, raising one hand in the classic All Might pose.
Bakugo, exhausted and lying flat on his back, smirked at the sky.
"Tch... it could've been harder."
Deku looked at him with an awkward smile, knowing full well how dangerous that battle truly was.
But before he could speak, police officers secured the defeated man and loaded him into a transport truck. As he regained consciousness, he looked around in panic.
"What happened?!"
"I didn't attack anyone!"
"There were three blurry figures attacking me and I was only trying to escape!"
The heroes exchanged confused looks as the truck drove away.
Something about this felt wrong.
"Well," Shoto said, standing up, "now that that's over... I'm getting a drink."
Bakugo immediately sat up.
"Now you're talking."
Deku shook his head with a tired smile.
"I still have paperwork at the office."
Using Float, he slowly rose into the air and drifted away.
Later that evening, inside U.A. High, the faculty and city officials gathered for an emergency council meeting.
Principal Nezu, still sharp-eyed and composed, opened the discussion.
"Good evening, everyone. Today, Musutafu faced a serious threat. Thankfully, through the swift intervention of our pro heroes, the incident was contained."
He then handed the floor to the police commissioner.
"The suspect claims to remember nothing," the commissioner said grimly. "He insists he was attacked by three figures with unclear faces and was only defending himself."
He adjusted his glasses.
"More importantly... during testing, he was unable to use his quirk in any way similar to what we witnessed earlier."
Murmurs filled the room.
Izuku Midoriya then spoke.
"His quirk felt unstable," he said. "Like it was being amplified beyond its natural limits but then a part of the situation did seem awkward like it was planned but unwilling."
The room fell silent.
No motive.
No memory.
No control.
Not a villain acting with purpose... but a person being used.
The council slowly reached one terrifying conclusion:
The man had only been a pawn.
Somewhere in the shadows was someone capable of manipulating quirks... emotions... perhaps even minds.
Someone far more dangerous than they had imagined.
And as the room darkened with unease, only one question remained.
Who is the real villain?
Deku returned home after a long day of work, exhaustion heavy in his steps from another intense battle. He slowly opened the door.
"Daddy, daddy, daddy!" his kids screamed as they rushed into the living room.
Ochaco smiled warmly from the kitchen. "Okay, kids, let Daddy rest a little, alright? He's probably tired from work."
"Oh… honey, you have no idea," Deku sighed, smiling as he dropped his bag.
"Dinner is already on the table," Ochaco said gently. "Let's eat, my love."
"Yes please," Deku replied with a grateful smile.
Haruka and Hisashi came tumbling down the stairs just as their names were called, laughing as they rushed to the table.
After dinner, Deku helped Ochaco clean up the dishes while they talked quietly.
"I really think the villain wasn't acting willingly," Deku said, his voice lower now, more serious. "It felt like he was being controlled… or used."
Ochaco listened carefully, then gently placed a hand on his arm. "You'll figure it out," she said softly. "You always do. Just don't carry it all alone."
Deku gave a small nod, letting the tension ease a little.
Soon after, they both went to check on the kids. Haruka and Hisashi were already half-asleep, tucked into bed, mumbling small goodnights.
"Goodnight, you two," Ochaco whispered, pulling the blankets up.
"Sleep well," Deku added softly.
As they stepped out of the room, the house finally quiet, they shared a calm moment in the hallway then uraraka whispered into his ear "I hope you still have enough strength for tonight", Deku with an awkward smile picked up uraraka as they walked into their bedroom with the doors closed behind them.
