I first asked Cecil, "Cecil, do we have any contacts in Illione and Tudram?"
"No, Your Majesty. We're just keeping a regular check on those places. There's not much interaction with Seven Hills there."
"What about Gripton?"
"We have informants stationed around the borders with Seven Hills. Is there a problem in Gripton, Your Majesty?" Cecil asked, looking tense.
With the vast internal affairs of Seven Hills keeping the Inspection Bureau busy day and night, it was tough for them to keep tabs on foreign matters too.
I made up my mind to set up a new surveillance department in the Foreign Affairs Ministry for the neighboring countries once I get back.
If we only knew about the situations around the borders, it meant we were clueless about where Gripton's missing army has headed.
They wouldn't have gone back home to farm or so.
No matter how many times I considered Gripton's neighboring countries, Illione seemed like the easiest target.
