Jay-Jay's POV:
The morning light hit my face from the half closed curtains. Yes! I'm so excited. I think today is one of the only few days I woke up excited, as today is 29th March, its my and Jani's birthday, 11th one, which will literally decide our complete future.
I mean we were so shocked when a witch in her 80s came to our house and told our whole family about wizarding world and that Kuya Percy is a wizard. Like, dude how they are even hiding all proves about its existent for so many years from so many eyes.
Then kuya Aries also recieved a letter from Hogwarts that he is also a wizard and was accepted to study at hogwarts. IT WAS CRAZY.
Now, Jani and me are hoping that we can also go to hogwarts with our brothers because its such a cool place. I know about it because our kuyas send us photos from their phones and also some polaroids they clicked from cameras of hogwarts and its dorms. Idk why, but they send us letters every month even though we talk through phones regularly. I guess its a hogwarts or wizards thing.
So nevermind about that. I got up from my bed quickly freshened up and went downstairs and greeted jani happy birthday again. Again? yes my parents are awesome and they threw us a suprise party at 12 am and tbh it was a bit unexpected as it is a kuya percy thing and right now he is at hogwarts. Though they wish us at midnight.
And yes our mama cooked us our favourite breakfast. Then we heard an owl tapping on the window. I and jani just looked at each other closed our eyes and also crossed our fingers. Papa went over to the window to se what owl bought. Maybe its our birhtday presents from kuyas.
Papa came infront of us and I peeked through my fingers and jani did the same thing.Then papa hold out both of our letters infront of us and we immediately snatched it from his hands.
I turned it, and saw my name along with our complete address and my bedroom position written in elegant cursive writings with emrald green ink . Just like kuya's. I scrambled my fingers through the cover and pulled out the parchment paper and opened it.
"Dear Ms. Mariano,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at..."
I squealed with excitment only after reading the first line and looked over at jani to see her reaction. She was reading the whole letter fastly, just like the nerd she is, scanning the whole letter as if she could absord the ink off the parchment into her soul, her eyes filled with excitement.
Janice's POV:
I completed reading my whole letter then glanced up at jay to find she was already looking at me full of excited energy. We hold our eye contact for exactly 5 seconds talking 5 miles/hr just from our eyes.
Then started squealing and jumping around. ofc we are 11 yr old what did u expect from us. Just on cue mama and papa rushed over to hug us both at the same time. Yeah family hug time. But I miss kuya Percy and Aries.
Jay-Jay's POV:
During the family hug I started missing our kuyas, and as if they read my mind from thousands of miles away, mama's phone started ringing and ofc it was our kuyas. Then a mischief started cooking in my mind and I turned my expression to a disappointed one. Jani glanced at me and immediately understood my plan and changed her expression too. Mama and papa looked over us and also changed their expression though they were shaking their heads.
Mama answered the phone. They were together looking excited. The second phone was answered Percy yelled,
"DID THE LETTERS ARRIVE?!!!!"
But Aries ever the observant one quickly sensed the sad expression on our face and worriedly asked,
"What happened sissies?"
After hearing Aries' tone Percy also turned serious and asked anxiously,
"Yeah what happened twinies? Why are you all looking so sad?"
Jani and I glanced at each other and hold out our letters infront of the camera and answered together flatly, "This happened."
They both looked at the screen and then at each other, then at the camera and asked again "What happened?", every action in perfect sync. Like they were also twins.
Then we both grinned and screamed together,
"WE RECIEVED OUR LETTERS, WE WILL JOIN YOU IN HOGWARTS NEXT SSEMESTER!!!!"
They both were dumbfounded as they directly fell into our plan, and started talking over each other,
"You almost gave us a heart attack"
"Yeah I really thought we would have to live away from each other forever"
"True like why scare us so much"
"Yeah my handsomeness would have erased because of you guys"
I rolled my eyes at this and said, "Yeah as if you can get more ugly."
At this everyone burst out laughing, except Percy he let out a long exasperated groan to show that he was offended.

Yeah I know Hermione mentioned in 4th book that no electric devices are functional in hogwarts but, its my HC that when usage of phone increased among wizards and for muggle students ease, Professor McGonagall found out a way to amend those spells. Now, students can bring phone in school but have to submit it before every classes to the subject professor.
That's it for the 1st chp and I promise to write next one soon but I'll be busy for some days so pls wait for me.
