"We will find out what caused the memory loss. For now..."
The doctor glanced at Thalia, who was still lying on the bed looking confused by everything around her.
"What's important is that she's awake."
William remained silent. His gaze never left Thalia.
The doctor continued, "Physically, her condition looks stable."
"The headache may be related to memory recovery, but we'll need further tests before making any conclusions."
William finally nodded once. "What about her memories?"
The doctor let out a slow breath. "That's harder to answer. We don't know whether they're gone, suppressed, or simply returning in an unusual order."
His eyes shifted toward Thalia, "Sometimes after severe trauma, memories can return in fragments."
He slipped his pen into the pocket of his white coat.
"Sometimes they return gradually, and sometimes older memories surface before newer ones."
William simply nodded to everything.
"Noted."
"Thank you."
