Anxiety is more than worry. It's a natural response to uncertainty, perceived danger, or change. Your body reacts—sometimes before your mind has fully processed the situation. It is a natural human response, but Scripture reminds us that God is greater than our fears:
"When I am afraid, I put my trust in you." – Psalm 56:3
Signs of anxiety: racing thoughts, restlessness, sleepless nights.
Exercise: Take a moment to write down situations or thoughts that trigger your anxiety. Ask yourself: Which of these can I influence, and which are outside my control? Things outside your control, leave it to God, pray over them, inviting God's guidance and peace. Attach what God says against as you pray.
