Music played lazily from mounted speakers while tourists and locals occupied scattered tables beneath woven shade canopies.
Bartenders moved casually behind polished wooden counters serving cocktails and cold beer to patrons enjoying the afternoon sun.
At first glance...
The atmosphere appeared relaxed.
Until one noticed the men.
They stood throughout the property in expensive button-up shirts left partially unbuttoned at the collar, tailored trousers and polished boots, many wearing gold chains or expensive watches beneath rolled sleeves.
Their posture remained casual, yet every movement carried discipline. Pistols rested openly beneath fitted jackets while rifles remained within arm's reach against nearby walls or slung discreetly beneath loose linen overshirts.
