Chapter 242 - Izumi Miyamura: Xover - Chapter 235

Izumi POV.

I let my shadows envelop my arms, with one I held Mai, still impaled on Chisaki, and from my other hand, Enma emerged from the shadows and I grabbed her tightly before Wado Ichimonji emerged from the shadows of my mouth, I grabbed her with my teeth and easily positioned her, then I let my swords become enveloped in Haki and shadows.

My eyes darted around, scanning Chisaki's entire interior. No matter how deep or large Chisaki was, I could see right through it. Finally, I found what I was looking for: the monster's core, its Essence Stone, located directly beneath Chisaki. Chisaki's skin was thick, too thick, and it hardened the closer it got to the Stone, as if Chisaki had tried to compress all the monster's flesh into that spot, making it almost indestructible.

Chisaki's monstrous form was actually proportionally thin, but that didn't mean her torso wasn't over thirty meters thick, so you had to go through a huge amount of flesh to get to her Essence Stone.

And yet, it might be useless; I didn't know if destroying it would kill Chisaki. Her body was completely fused to the monster, even though her real body was separate from her monstrous half, it was a huge mystery.

My legs spun rapidly, and I began leaping, slashing through everything around me as I whirled around Chisaki's body at terrifying speed. I wrapped it from her monstrous jaw to her tail, cutting across her entire body. Unfortunately, that only resulted in her being covered in hundreds of superficial wounds.

I had left parts of my shadow all over her body, almost covering her completely. All the shadows trembled before changing shape. They followed me as I moved slightly away before launching myself once more at Chisaki. "Ul - Tora Gari." The shadows gathered behind me, my aura formed a huge tiger, and my shadows enveloped it.

The enormous head of the tiger of aura and shadows formed beneath Chisaki, its jaws clamped around Chisaki's body as it sliced through everything in its path before stopping midway. I clicked my tongue as I prepared to attack again.

To my surprise, I heard two shots, one much louder than the other, but I recognized them immediately. The two sniper bullets, one organic and the other metallic, flew through the air and struck the human part of Chisaki.

One bullet struck her head and the other her chest. Chisaki's skin was much more resistant, yet both bullets tore through a large part of her body, leaving a hole in her forehead and chest.

My eyes widened, mostly because of the angle of the shots; they weren't coming from below, the bullets flew practically straight. I turned and saw Lady Nagant and Sinon, both gripping their weapons, hovering above Ryukyu in the distance. Far enough away that Chisaki couldn't reach them, but close enough for both snipers to get a good look.

And that was almost a kilometer away. Ryukyu flew slowly in a wide circle as both snipers took aim again.

"To everyone! An order has been issued to stop the villain Chisaki, S-Rank Monster, at all costs! If it is necessary to kill her, do not hold back!" Ryukyu shouted gravely, and I stopped.

"What?! And the fused civilians?! " Mirko shouted back in disbelief.

"We know other alternatives will be sought to save them, but if Chisaki lands on the city, the death toll will be much higher! Both the HPSC and the Hunter Association agree!" Ryukyu shouted back.

"Damn it, and right now?! Couldn't the order have come before she turned into a monster?!" Mirko growled. I grimaced; I really couldn't disagree with her. At this point, Chisaki didn't deserve to live, mainly because of the danger she posed. She didn't even hesitate to become a monster capable of destroying the city just to try and fulfill her stupid wish.

I groaned in annoyance as I lunged at Chisaki, but this time I targeted her human body, which I had been ignoring until then. I reached Chisaki and, with extreme ease, sliced off the lower part of her torso where it joined her monstrous half.

I prepared to cut her again, when Chisaki disappeared in a pool of blood before reforming once more atop the monster. My eyes widened. Damn Daughter of a-

I jumped back as Chisaki roared and a shower of icicles erupted from her human mouth. Holy shit, can she still use her Quirk?!

"She can continue using her quirk!?" Mirko shouted near me.

"It seems only her human body is healed! Look! The wound Izumi inflicted on the monstrous part isn't healing !" Izuku shouted near us. I groaned and saw that she was right; the wound was still open and bleeding.

"Damn! That means we have to pierce through its monstrous body to destroy the essence stone! It's right under Chisaki's human body!" I yelled at everyone. I could hear several curses, because yes, this was in the most protected and annoying place of all.

"Deku ! Why are you so afraid of pain?!" I asked Deku as I approached him.

"What?" Izuku asked, confused. I could see his hands and arms trembling from the effort. With a quick glance from my transparent world, I could see how several of his muscles and tendons were slightly torn, while his bones were on the verge of fracturing slightly.

I just smiled broadly, slammed my fist into Izuku's back, and shadows spilled across his back before forming an animal. Half of Round Deer's body emerged from the shadows.

Half of a huge deer emerged from Izuku's back, placing its hooves and head on his shoulders. Izuku looked terribly confused before seeing Round Deer's head on his shoulder, finally understanding what I meant.

"Round Deer will heal any wound! Have fun!" I yelled at Izuku with a wild grin, confirming Izuku's suspicions. Izuku trembled slightly in disbelief before grinning shakily and clenching his fist. Just as I expected, Izuku gritted his teeth.

Agito's clone leaped with such force that it shattered the clone beneath him due to the power of his legs. He reappeared beside Chisaki, completely healed once more, and his fist, powered by One For All at 100%, slammed into Chisaki's monstrous jaw.

Unlike previous times, the fist sent Chisaki flying backwards enough that she had to stabilize herself in the air; I could see a huge hole in Chisaki's skin where Izuku had hit with his fist.

Not only had it sunk part of her skin, but it had also torn through the surface of her skin and several centimeters of flesh.

I could see Izuku fall, now fully healed, before launching himself at Chisaki once more. I did the same; I launched myself at Chisaki, letting the shadows on my swords grow and lengthen before several blades sprouted from the main blade, and then I reinforced everything with Haki.

With three enormous swords, I approached Chisaki and began to spin. If I couldn't cut through Chisaki, I would have to tear her apart from the inside. Santoryuu: Moon Breathing - Tenth Form: Drilling Slashes, Moon Through Bamboo Leaves, each sword, generated three circular, rotating saw-like cuts, so that, in total, nine of them attacked the same point on Chisaki, cutting, tearing, and shredding Chisaki's skin in their path.

I managed to dig several meters in, but Chisaki screamed and tried to grab me with her claws, so I had to back away. I saw Mirko just in time to kick Chisaki before jumping back; she grunted in annoyance when an Agito took too long to approach her.

"Mirko!" I approached her. "Kick the air!" I told Mirko. She looked at me like I was crazy. I just showed her my feet. "Kick the air! Many times, as fast and hard as you can! All at the same time! You can do it!" I told Mirko easily. Mirko just stared at my feet as if she were trying to understand. Finally, she smiled.

Agito's clone leaped before flexing her legs and tensing up, then her feet moved at a terrifying speed, hitting the air several times with such force that she shot into the sky at great speed.

My eyes widened slightly; achieving Geppo on the first try was impressive, although it shouldn't surprise me. Mirko's legs were on another level physically speaking; her speed and strength were more than enough to achieve it with ease.

But understanding the mechanics behind Geppo, that was impressive.

Mirko laughed uproariously as she propelled herself into the air. I saw her bouncing in the air, creating a zigzag pattern as she began to gain more and more speed. Finally, she landed above Chisaki and descended with superhuman speed, her heel striking Chisaki's monstrous head.

Chisaki shuddered in pain once more. Chisaki screamed again before a sphere of ice gathered in its mouth once more, but this time, it used its paw to strike the sphere in Mirko's direction. The effect was immediate: a huge glacier, larger than Chisaki, formed in the air, trying to ensnare Mirko.

Mirko, luckily, was able to escape in time, but she couldn't say the same for dozens of Agito clones who were frozen in the enormous glacier that was now falling towards the city.

"Manchester Smash!" Izuku pierced through the hundreds of meters thick chunk of ice and destroyed it in one blow. Izuku's kick continued past and hit Chisaki, pushing him back as she screamed in pain.

I approached the enormous blocks of ice that were falling and cut them thin enough so that they wouldn't cause any problems when they hit the city. Then I launched myself toward Chisaki once more.

Chisaki roared and turned, reacting quickly enough that one of her paws tried to strike me. I swung my swords, slashing at several of its toes as I moved past. I struck again at the wound I had already inflicted, trying to deepen it. Chisaki used its hands, tearing at its own skin, trying to reach me. I simply retreated into my shadows and emerged several meters away from its claws, but still on top of Chisaki's hide.

I took advantage of the moment to continue cutting everything in my path before moving away. The moment I stepped back, Visha and Tanya appeared beneath her, their weapons glowing intensely before they fired explosive bullets into the wound.

Mirko began to bounce in the air, her mastery of Geppo was terribly basic, all her jumps were simply full power and completely straight, but Mirko didn't seem to care, she bounced from side to side like a pinball before falling hard onto Chisaki's body.

Her legs, imbued with Haki and her tremendous strength, made Chisaki shake.

Izuku was the same, he didn't have the slightest doubt when it came to using 100% of One For All, I could see how his bones broke immediately while Round Deer healed them in a fraction of a second.

Unlike Mirko, Izuku would back away to gain momentum, then punch the air with such force and speed that he reached Chisaki in a fraction of a second and hit him with One For All at 100%, leaving huge and horrible patches on Chisaki's skin every time he hit, and he would repeat this over and over again.

Tanya and Visha fluttered around Chisaki, maneuverable and fluid enough to dodge all of Chisaki's attacks while continuing to fire their quirks from a distance.

Ryukyu was still in the distance, both Lady Nagant and Sinon were trying to help, but the shots from both snipers could barely penetrate Chisaki's skin, and hitting her in her real body would only make her regenerate once again.

Meanwhile, Chisaki kept trying to attack us however she could. Despite being a huge dragon, she was surprisingly agile. Her body moved and twisted in the sky with more maneuverability than I expected, and her ice attacks were also quite wide-ranging.

It was a shame she was facing us. Mirko, Izuku, and I were fast enough to avoid her attacks by moving out of her range, and while Chisaki was focused on one of us, the other two hit her hard.

Chisaki's wounds began to pile up, gaping gashes across her skin, raw and ripped open, blood dripping from the sky as she thrashed furiously. Even so, Chisaki was incredibly resilient. Despite all her injuries, Chisaki didn't slow down; her speed remained unchanged regardless of the wounds we inflicted.

Chisaki finally roared as a blast of ice and snow began to spit from her mouth, she began to shake her body as her mouth moved all over the place, she began to spin her huge body and the blizzard began to swirl around her.

With abnormal speed, the wind increased exponentially, and a tornado began to form around Chisaki. Ice and snow swirled around Chisaki as the tornado grew larger and larger. I could feel the temperature dropping rapidly; I could even see frost beginning to form on my clothes.

I simply imbued my swords with even more Haki, gripped them tightly, and launched myself into the tornado. Senhachiju Pound Ho ! Three enormous vertical slashes of compressed air erupted from my swords and merged into one larger blast, which only gained more power and speed the further it traveled. Chisaki's tornado didn't stop it, nor did it even deflect it; the tornado was simply sliced in half, revealing Chisaki in the middle.

"Detroit Smash!!" Izuku shouted, appearing in the middle of the tornado cut in half. His fist, charged with OFA at 100%, unleashed an uppercut that dragged the wind behind him and released with enormous pressure, enough to destroy any remaining traces of the tornado that Chisaki was enhancing.

"Luna Arc!" Mirko shouted, appearing above Chisaki's monstrous head and striking it once more with force. This finally stopped Chisaki's attack completely. With her tornado completely halted, we resumed our assault on Chisaki.

Unfortunately, the fight was stalling once again; apparently, that was normal with that damn Chisaki. Even if I kept hitting the wound she'd suffered, it was taking far too long to penetrate her thick, tough skin. We had to change tactics, or we'd be stuck here for who knows how long.

My eyes scanned the changing battle lines before landing on the Agito—I smiled broadly as several ideas began to form. Well, I had nothing to lose, so… why not?

I smiled out loud once again.
