Konoha - Uchiha Clan Territory
Guards could be seen at every entrance to the major district of the clan. Since the conflict between the clan and the village heads worsened, the new clan leader Mikoto ordered guards to place guards and to register every person outside the clan members who wanted to enter.
At first there were voices who opposed that, claiming that they didn't have to be scared of anyone in the village just because they were Uchihas.
The only reply they got from Mikoto was a beating to everyone until they accepted.
Some of them were stubborn and tried to continue opposing her despite knowing that they were no match for her.
When things seemed to get worse and the other people in the village were watching the spectacle, Mikoto made a decision.
Rubbing her forehead, Mikoto sighed and tried to contain her kill intent. She was so tempted to kill them all, but she didn't stop Itachi and Fugaku that night just to do the same thing later, even though she had the strength to do so.
"Sigh... I'll just ask him. He invited me to sunbathe, but after that night he never showed up again" She thought irritably.
Ikki.
She thought that her shield hadn't gotten rusty after all these years, but she was wrong.
Her shield was reduced to rubble, but it was okay.
She can restore its shine.
Malice filled her eyes, why was she the only one who suffered from those old bones?
Without losing a second, she went directly to his house.
People greeted her as she walked by.
At least everyone survived.
Returning greetings, a smile adorned her face.
She didn't take long to arrive, given her speed. As she approached the house, she didn't knock on the door but headed straight for the yard.
The good mood she had been in on the way disappeared the moment she saw him wearing shorts and sunglasses with a mirrored lens facing his face.
Clenching her fists, she approached him and just stood there blocking the sun.
Seconds continued passing and the place remained silent.
A somnolent voice escaped from the man.
"Huh? Is it already nighttime?"
...
Mikoto's face got darker as she heard him, but she waited.
The man slowly regained his senses and looked in front of him.
A person was blocking the sun.
Knowing that someone was bothering him, he won't let it go easily.
"What kind of jerk has nothing better to do-" As he was cursing, he noticed how the atmosphere got colder.
Looking up, he could see the person's face.
Mikoto, his boss. She looked like she would kill him at any time.
Swallowing hard, he straightened up.
"...Ah, boss- don't misunderstand me, I wasn't cursing you."
When she heard him call her boss, she felt better and the tense atmosphere lightened a little.
"I won't dwell on that. Ikki, are you enjoying your retired life?" She said in a flat voice.
"Haha, I guess I do?" The bad premonition got worse, but Ikki knew he couldn't escape.
"Oh, that's good; but, Ikki, don't you consider that you are too young to retire?" Her voice became softer at the end.
"Young? me? I have one foot on the grave, Boss..." He shrank as his voice grew quieter.
"We are the same age, are you calling me old?"
"Well...no..."
The veins popped out on his forehead as she replied with a smile.
"You're very confident, aren't you? Go and deal with those old bastards before I beat you up"
"Roger, boss!" In a blink of an eye Ikki changed his clothes and disappeared as he was never there.
Watching him disappear like he was escaping put a smile on Mikoto's face.
"Heh, this bastard won't work if I don't push him." She shook her head and went back home with lighter steps.
With him dealing with this matter she just needs to wait until it is solved. She nodded, satisfied by her intelligence.
"I wonder if Sasuke has already returned home." Without having to worried about that, her focus return to her son.
Since that day he became more silent and didn't talk much to anyone. Seeing his friend in such a situation shocked him.
Aside from going to school he spent almost all his time with Hinata and Gai. They had continued their training, but it was only a dream to become powerful enough without years of training.
The only good thing from that was that his sharingan became more stable and he just needed a small stimulus to get the second magatama.
As she was thinking about that, she arrived at home and started to wait for her son to arrive.
25 minutes later she heard the sound of the door opening.
Sasuke arrived from school.
"Hello dear, how was school today?" Getting up from the chair, she walked over and hugged him.
He resisted for a moment before giving in.
"The same as always, mom. Stop doing this, I'm not a kid anymore..." Sasuke whispered with annoyance.
"All right, my little adult. Are you going to train with Gai again?" She let go of him while smiling at him.
"Mm, I'll go, but..."
"But? Is there a problem?"
"Yeah... Hinata's situation doesn't look good, but she doesn't want to tell us." Thinking about his friend, Sasuke felt worried.
The unstable girl lost her balance and with her family pressing her, it got worse over time.
"Hinata... leave this to me. I'll make time to talk with Gai to think of a solution. Don't worry too much, okay?"
"Okay, thanks, mom." Sasuke hugged her and quickly went to the table, he was hungry.
Feeling that their relationship got better than ever, Mikoto was happy.
But she couldn't help it, and she worried about the poor girl. Of the small group, Sasuke, Gai, and she were sure that Naruto was fine, although they didn't know when.
The problem came from Hinata's side.
Her clan is a clan of owners and slaveholders, and the only thing that allowed such a thing was the Hokage council. They didn't want to get involved in a conflict with them over a girl, even if she was the daughter of the clan leader.
Feeling a headache coming on, she rubbed her forehead and whispered irritably.
"Why can't I just kill them all and solve the problem that way?...Well, there will be a way." Regaining her spirits, she thought optimistically.

While she was happy to get rid of the annoying things, Ikki complained all the way.
Using his movement technique, he went directly to the house of one of the elders.
"Why can't those jerks stay quiet? Do they enjoy getting beaten up? How they dare to bother a war hero like me..."
The curses got worse the more he talked.
Once he was near the house, he stopped and flashed his characteristic smile.
Smoothing out the corners of his shirt, he let out a sigh.
"Fuh... let's do this."
Knocking on the door, he waited.
And... he waited.
But no one appeared to open the door. Containing his annoyance, he knocked on the door, but it continued the same situation, so he kept knocking.
After a few minutes of continuing hits, an angry voice sounded.
"GET OUT OF HERE!"
"...Lady Mikoto sent me there, won't you open the door?"
"NO! I don't have any business with her!"
...
Ikki clenched his fist and a venomous look crossed his eyes, but he didn't act.
Patience...Boss entrusted me with this task...
As those thoughts were on his mind, he disappeared.
A few minutes later the door was opened and an old man with a white tunic could be seen.
"Heh, how could these idiots understand our purpose?" He said arrogantly.
With nothing else to stop him, he left the house strutting.
The old man didn't notice, but a shadow was hiding in the bushes.
I hope you will be just as stubborn next time.
------------------------------
Midnight arrived and almost everyone was already in their houses, resting for the next day.
Only faint lights adorned the Uchiha clan as the guards kept their positions, ready to react to any problem.
But there are some things that they couldn't react to.
As the patrol was exploring the surroundings, a shadow was walking near them but they didn't notice it.
Even when the shadow went beside them it was the same.
The shadow continued his way as it had an objective. The shadow slowly walked but it didn't leave a single trace following his footsteps.
A few minutes later the shadow was in the farther part of the clan. The light was bright in this place and it was enough to illuminate the face of the shadow.
It was Ikki. The old man who hadn't appeared in the afternoon was there. He had his 3-magatama Sharingan opened…
Without waiting to start a conflict, Ikki regretted his actions in the afternoon and hardly thought of finding a better solution.
It was hard, but as if the goddess of wisdom had enlightened his mind, he found a way where everyone is satisfied.
So, he patiently waited until the sun finished its work and warmly visited them at night.
Now, in front of the old man's house, he was ready to start his performance.
Ikki knocked on the door politely and without waiting to get invited, he quietly opened the door.
The house was in darkness, except for a faint light coming from one of the rooms.
Seeing that, Ikki walked to it and waited in front of the door.
...
No sounds were in the house, but a small smile appeared on Ikki's face.
Taking a decision, he opened the door and he was welcomed with a kunai covered in chakra going directly to his throat.
The old man who didn't appear in the afternoon was there. He has his 3 magatama sharingan opened as he tries to make his enemy fall into an illusion.
Quickly making the seals as fast as he could, he paused for a second the moment he finished them, sure that his jutsu was effective and continued his attack.
One hand wielding the kunai and the other one imbued with a flame of chakra. The Kunai was the first to hit and the fists came after, but his expression didn't get better.
He didn't feel contact.
The enemy dissolved as a shadow meeting the light.
The next thing he felt was a hand grabbing his shoulder. He tried to go free, but his body didn't respond. The pressure was
"Are you looking for me?" Ikki's cheerful voice sounded.
Hearing that voice, the old man's pupils dilated. He recognized it. It was the same voice who came to bother him earlier in the day.
The old man tried to reply, but his voice couldn't come out.
The pressure was crushing his body and it got worse every second. As the old man was suffering from it, his body began to lose its senses and the moment he thought he was falling faint, the pressure disappeared.
The old man collapsed on the floor, gasping for air.
He felt his body again, but he wasn't happy.
He knew that he already offended him and now he just could wait to know what he wants.
His eyes were filled with resentment. He was never humiliated as he was today. Not even when Mikoto beat him up.
In a better mood, Ikki crouched down next to him.
"Better? Now you want to talk?" His voice sounded as calm as always, but the old man didn't respond.
"Say something or you want to get beaten up before you can talk like a human?"
"...Y-yes, we can talk." The old man replied in a hoarse voice.
"Hahaha, see? Everything is easier when we can talk." Ikki seemed satisfied, but the old man clenched his fists.
"Now, tell me. Why are you and the others opposed to the clan leader? What's the problem?"
"..."
Ikki slapped him.
"Hey, answer me when I'm in a good mood."
"...She's just a woman, and she's young. What would she know about leading the clan?"
"So, are you telling me that it's better for you or the other bag of bones to take the lead?"
"..."
He didn't say anything, but his silence was enough to know his attitude.
"Hah, you're funny. Just for that stupid reason are you causing trouble to everyone?" Ikki said with a grimace.
"..."
"You are not convinced, are you? Fine, I'll give you two options." He raised two fingers. "First, stop causing trouble and nothing bad will happen. And second, remain silent but that has a price."
Looking at him with curiosity, Ikki continued. "So, what about that? Are you ready to follow boss' commands?"
"..." The old man's face contorted like a demon, but didn't say anything.
"I'll take your silence as you chose the second one."
As the words fell, the atmosphere changed.
Ikki's smile remained the same but the look on his eyes changed, only indifference stayed on them.
Looking at him, his hand slowly raised.
The old man thought he was about to slap him again, but the fear began to grow as the hand didn't stop and went directly to his eyes.
"Since you are so loyal to your friends, I'll take your eyes. You don't need them anymore, do you?"
Ikki's calm voice sounded in the tense ambience, but the old man didn't feel better. His eyes were filled with pure horror, he tried to move or say something but it was like he was chained to the ground.
The hand reached its target and as if it were natural, it took the old man's eye and put it in a recipient.
The moment he lost his eye, the old man felt that the chains disappeared and screams sounded in the room.
Blood covered his face as he put his hands on it, trying to stop the bleeding.
"This is your last chance. Do you agree or not?" Saving the recipient on his chest like he was accustomed to it, Ikki asked again.
The voice pulled the old man out of his pain and he reacted.
"Yes-YES. I AGREE. PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY EYE!" His hoarse voice sounded broken as he yearned. He would prefer to die rather than live without his eyes, so he gave in before losing the other one.
"That's better!"Ikki nodded, satisfied. "But no, you have to come with me tonight. Don't worry, once I think you're fine, I'll give you back your eye."
"O-okay."
"Now that the formal business is done, it's time to solve our personal grudges." The venomous look he had in the afternoon reappeared, but he won't stop this time.
Screams start to sound, but no one has seemed to notice it.
Of course Ikki won't hurt him badly, he was just hitting on the spots that hurt more but won't cause serious injuries.
A few minutes later the screams stopped and the night recovered its peace. The old man now had bruises in almost all his body, but his mobility wasn't compromised.
"Fuh, that was refreshing. Let's continue." With a bright smile, Ikki took the old man and went to the other elder's house.
As the time passed, similar scenes occurred throughout the clan.
This will be a long night.
