The Horizon Protocol had been signed three days ago. Now it was time to make it stick with more than signatures and handshakes. Sabrina stood in the central planning room on Station Echo-7, reviewing the schedule for the first Anchor Forums.
Sira sat across from her, tapping notes into a shared display. Lira leaned against the wall, arms crossed, while Veyra reviewed the diplomatic guest list.
"These aren't rallies," Sabrina said. "We let people talk. Real talk. If they hate the lattice upgrades, they say it. If the mentorship pulls are tearing families apart, we hear it. No scripted answers."
Sira nodded. "Youth from the Concord academies will speak first in the outer stations. They know what it's like to grow up with the changes. No point hiding it."
