Chapter 276 - Chapter 276 Resurrection of Prince Sunderland

After devouring Ragnaros's essence, Smaug's body grew much larger, looking no different from Deathwing.

If Deathwing were to reappear, perhaps Smaug could be recalled to assist. It's possible that without Gale's intervention, Smaug and Nordrassil alone could defeat Deathwing.

Smaug let out a satisfied burp and flew off to play with the Fire Elementals. He had already claimed the Firelands as his territory, and those Fire Elementals were merely his playthings.

Why else would they have followed Ragnaros to attack Redridge Mountain and destroy his beloved Gales Tower?

Gale picked up another essence, this one confined within a skull.

thunderaan's skull, holding the essence of Prince Thunderaan, the Wind Lord.

Thunderaan's essence was more abundant than AlAkir's, no wonder his power surpassed AlAkir's!

Having obtained the quest item, Gale had to return to report.

Summoning the Rainbow Bridge, he teleported out of the Firelands. When he reappeared, he was already on Redridge Mountain. Sulfuron Keep corresponded to the erupting volcano on Redridge Mountain; a very short distance in the Firelands had somehow spanned half of Azeroth.

It was quite magical!

At this time, reconstruction work was already underway on Redridge Mountain. Because Redridge Mountain had become a single landmass, Antaria decided to build ports in suitable locations around it, with Vashjir remaining the main city of Redridge Mountain. Then, roads would be built to various ports according to the distribution of ore veins.

This would greatly enrich Redridge Mountain's shipping routes. A large port in the west would go to Nordrassil, a large port in the north to Darkmoon City, and combined with the routes circling Redridge Mountain, shipping would become Redridge Mountain's primary direction of development.

The only problem was that guarding Redridge Mountain in the future would require an even stronger navy. A separate fleet must be formed for island patrols, and each port would also need small fleets for defense.

Although difficult, this setup was essential. Gale had always wanted to develop a navy, and Redridge Mountain's defense provided the Kaldorei Empire with a reason to expand its navy.

Nalarex had already arrived at Redridge Mountain with the druids, and they were working to restore Redridge Mountain's ecology. Communicating with nature, bringing down rain, transforming the fertile volcanic ash into soil, planting saplings, and using nature magic to accelerate growth, a small forest soon appeared.

To stabilize Redridge Mountain's foundation, Nalarex took a branch from Teldrassil and planted it at the highest point of Redridge Mountain. A new World Tree appeared; although it still needed time to grow and lacked the Guardian Dragons' blessings.

However, once it grew, it could embed its roots deep into Redridge Mountain's foundation, firmly anchoring it in the sea.

Gale hadn't expected Nalarex to also have a tree-planting obsession; planting trees like this could cause disaster.

He didn't stop him because he didn't know where the roots of this World Tree would anchor. Would it be Nyalotha, hidden in this sea area? Or the Firelands?

To be honest, Gale was a little expectant. Whether this new World Tree uncovered Nyalotha or fixed the Firelands beneath Redridge Mountain, neither would be a bad thing.

The Rainbow Bridge flew up again, reaching Fire Feather Mountain.

"You succeeded?" Freya asked in surprise.

This trip to the Firelands was even faster than the one to the Wind Elemental Realm; it seemed the Reality Gem had helped a lot.

Gale handed thunderaan's skull to Freya, "This is Thunderaan's essence."

"Then let's return to Skywall!" Freya said impatiently, "With Thunderaan resurrected, the Wind Elemental Realm should be able to assist us."

Gale summoned the Rainbow Bridge and teleported Freya to Skywall.

Freya released the four Wind Elementals lords from their bindings and handed them thunderaan's skull. Siamat, the Southern Wind Lord, took the skull and said in shock, "You really killed Ragnaros?"

"Isn't that what you hoped to see?" Gale retorted with a chuckle.

Siamat chuckled awkwardly, but his heart was filled with immense shock. In such a short time, Freya had taken down Ragnaros; it seemed this Titan Guardian's power had become unfathomable.

It seemed the Wind Elemental Realm would have to behave itself from now on. If they angered this Guardian, another cleansing awaited the Wind Elemental Realm. Fortunately, it was he who had initially proposed resurrecting Prince Thunderaan. Although Prince Thunderaan was powerful, he lacked great ambition and should not lead the Wind Elementals to resist the Titan Guardian's constraints.

The four lords exchanged glances, then one by one placed their hands on thunderaan's skull. They chanted spells while tearing at the skull.

As thunderaan's skull was slowly torn apart, the surrounding Wind Elementals rapidly gathered. The moment the skull was ripped open, a strong gust of wind blew the four Elemental lords away, and a Wind Elemental taller than AlAkir appeared on the spot.

He held a fork-like weapon, constantly flashing with crackling lightning.

Thunderfury, Blessed Blade of the Windseeker!!!

Gale subconsciously swallowed. This sword was too cool. He suppressed his "hot" heart; after all, resurrecting Thunderaan was to have him lead the Wind Elemental Realm, not to kill him for loot.

Thunderaan looked at his familiar surroundings in surprise, "I... I'm back..."

"Your Highness!" The four Wind Elementals lords quickly bowed, then told Thunderaan about AlAkir and advised, "Your Highness, the Wind Elementals have suffered heavy losses and truly cannot afford another war."

Thunderaan looked at Gale. According to the four lords, Freya had killed Ragnaros to save him. However, he had personally witnessed how Gale had killed Ragnaros.

"Thank you for saving me, warrior!"

"What?" The four Wind Elementals lords looked at Gale in surprise. He killed Ragnaros?

Gale waved his hand, "It was just a matter of convenience, no need to be polite."

Thunderaan nodded, not mentioning AlAkir. He also felt disgusted by AlAkir's ambition; if AlAkir hadn't insisted on a showdown with Ragnaros, he wouldn't have lost his sight and given up his love for the Windfury Elf, Axi.

Now that he was resurrected and had regained his sight, it was time to pursue love. He just didn't know if Axi had waited for him.

Freya said, "Thunderaan, Azeroth is fraught with peril. It's time for the Wind Elementals to take on the responsibility of saving Azeroth."

Thunderaan nodded, "I will manage the Wind Elemental Realm well, and if needed, I will send troops to help you."

With Thunderaan's promise, Freya breathed a sigh of relief. She had truly feared that Thunderaan, like AlAkir, would be a warmonger.
