Hades was used with Evangeline's reaction and he always found it adorable to the point he often said the most out of the pocket statement just so he could see this reaction from her. It's endearing that she would blink and look at his face as if trying to find an answer that would be appropriate. He likes it because her attention was wholly on her.
"I'm sorry," she whispered, "For bringing up such a sensitive... past."
"Oh please, it wasn't anything so important. He died because of his own choice, he wasn't sad when he died either so it wasn't quite unpleasant."
As Evangeline fidget around for an appropriate statement, the two fae behind them was watching their interaction with their own thoughts at the scene.
"She doesn't look comfortable with him," it was Deimos who muttered it.
"Why would you say that? She's just giddy, everyone gets so nervous around their crush you know?"
"She likes him? Him?"
