"Let's start with Kakarot's son." Nappa grinned viciously, his eyes cold. "You have Saiyan blood flowing in your veins. I would normally like you. But your father is too heartless, not showing up even as his own child is killed!"
"Bam!"
Nappa kicked out, his foot striking Son Gohan squarely in the abdomen.
Son Gohan flew backward like a kite with its string cut, tracing an arc through the air.
"Bam!"
Immediately after, Nappa backhanded him, the slap landing solidly on Son Gohan's face, sending him spinning away again.
Son Gohan slammed heavily into the rocky mountain behind him with a dull thud, then slid down the mountainside, lying on the ground grimacing in pain, unable to get up for a long while.
Krillin's face kept changing color, from white to pale, then from pale to purple, watching Son Gohan get beaten helplessly.
"Hey, get up, let's play again!" Nappa called out with a smirk, his tone full of mockery, as if toying with prey.
"Cough, cough, cough..." Son Gohan coughed violently several times, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth. He gritted his teeth, enduring the intense pain, slowly climbing to his feet from the ground, a flicker of stubbornness flashing in his eyes.
"Hehehe, that's more like it!" Nappa laughed maniacally, the sound grating, then suddenly charged towards Son Gohan again, poised to attack once more.
"You bastard!" Krillin could no longer hold back, roaring in anger as he rushed in from the side, kicking Nappa hard in the face.
Immediately after, Krillin threw another punch, landing squarely on Nappa's body, sending Nappa staggering back several steps.
Krillin didn't pause, immediately giving chase, wanting to press his advantage.
Nappa quickly adjusted his posture, his feet pushing off the ground to land steadily, his eyes instantly turning fierce.
Seeing Nappa was largely unharmed, Krillin was startled, hurriedly dodging to the side, even rolling several times on the ground to put distance between them, appearing further away, watching Nappa warily.
Nappa's lunge met empty air, his eyes growing even more furious.
"Oh? Quite nimble!" Vegeta raised an eyebrow nearby, offering rare praise, his tone carrying a hint of surprise.
Son Gohan was also stunned, not expecting this bald uncle to be so brave and quite capable.
"You little brat, I'll teach you a lesson!" Nappa, exasperated, roared as he rapidly charged towards Krillin's position, faster than before.
Krillin raised his right hand, took a deep breath, murmured something under his breath, energy beginning to gather throughout his body.
"Kienzan!"
In Krillin's hand, a disc shaped energy mass glowing with golden light materialized, spinning rapidly, its edges radiating a sharp, cutting aura, as if capable of severing anything.
"Whoosh!"
With a flick of his wrist, Krillin hurled the Kienzan towards Nappa's location, swift as lightning.
"Condensing energy this way can indeed effectively strike the opponent. This little bald guy looks quite cute actually." Heles, watching Krillin in the crystal ball, couldn't help but sigh, a hint of admiration in her eyes.
Soya: "..."
Do people of the Second Universe all like men of Krillin's type?
That self proclaimed universe's number one beauty, Ribrianne, thought so.
How come even a Destroyer God thinks so?
"Hmph, a petty trick!" Nappa, seeing the Kienzan flying towards him, snorted disdainfully, actually planning to tank it with his body.
"Dodge it!" Vegeta, seeing this, his face changed, shouting loudly.
Nappa paused slightly, instinctively glancing at Vegeta, and though puzzled, immediately dodged to the side.
The Kienzan grazed past Nappa's cheek, flying into the distant mountain range, easily slicing through a steep cliff, which instantly crumbled, dust billowing.
"You idiot, can't you even recognize such a simple technique?" Vegeta snarled through gritted teeth, feeling he'd truly encountered a useless teammate.
If hit by the Kienzan, the consequences would be unthinkable.
"Oh no..." Krillin, watching the dodged Kienzan, felt a pang of regret in his heart; this was his ultimate move.
"You dared to make me look bad, I'll finish you!" Nappa, furious, veins bulging on his forehead, swung his hand, hurling an energy ball towards Krillin.
Krillin, startled, hurriedly jumped up to dodge.
"Boom!"
A violent explosion erupted at the spot where Krillin had just been standing, flames soaring, debris scattering.
Krillin hovered in the air, arms shielding his head, blocking the flying debris, his face pale; a moment slower and he'd have been torn to pieces.
"Hmph, die!" Nappa sneered, once again gathering energy in his hand, forming a mass larger than the previous energy ball, clearly intending to completely obliterate Krillin in mid air.
"Whoosh!"
At this critical moment, Piccolo, who had passed out, suddenly woke up. Struggling, he mustered his last bit of strength, firing an energy wave that shot out, accurately hitting Nappa from behind.
Nappa was unfortunately hit, howling in pain, his energy gathering motion disrupted.
"Thud!"
Krillin, also affected by the earlier explosion, fell from the air, landing on the ground, struggling a few times before barely managing to sit up, clearly seriously injured.
Nappa turned his glare towards Piccolo's direction, his teeth grinding audibly, veins bulging on his forehead, evidently seething with anger.
"Hahaha, Nappa, can't handle it?" Vegeta stood nearby with arms crossed, laughing gleefully at his misfortune, his eyes full of mockery.
"You are not allowed to take over Earth!" Piccolo clenched his fists tightly, knuckles white, his body swaying unsteadily, yet his tone remained firm.
"You, you, you...you infuriate me!" Nappa pointed at Piccolo, his voice trembling. "If it weren't for searching for the Dragon Balls, I'd have finished you long ago. You actually dared to ambush me!"
The more Nappa spoke, the angrier he got, the energy around him becoming increasingly violent.
"Not bad, not bad, quite interesting!" Heles grinned, eyes fixed unblinkingly on the crystal ball, finding this fight more and more to her taste.
Actually, at first it seemed rather boring.
Watching it now, Heles suddenly finds it quite fascinating.
The main character hasn't even appeared yet, and it's already this exciting.
If the main character were to show up, who knows how thrilling it would be.
Soya, however, wore a mischievous grin on the side, a flash of cunning in her eyes.
Seeing Soya's expression, Raditz's eye twitched violently, his heart sinking, as if suddenly realizing something.
This female Destroyer God is about to be in trouble.
The boss is planning to trick her.
"Who among these two sides will ultimately win?" Soya suddenly muttered to herself, as if genuinely pondering.
"Who will win?" Heles was taken aback, glancing sideways at Soya, her tone carrying a hint of disdain. "Isn't it obvious? Of course your clan will be victorious!"
