At Fish-Man Island, Neptune arranged a grand procession to publicly take Shirahoshi to pay respects to her deceased mother, Queen Otohime.

The procession slowly moved toward the city limits.
Just then, someone pointed to the sky and cried out in terror.
"Hey! What is that?"
Everyone looked up and saw several dark dots in the sky rapidly getting larger.
Auguro, watching from his hidden position, immediately recognized them—they were several pirate ships! And there were people aboard them!
"This Vander Decken fellow really has no originality!" Auguro shrugged.
In the original timeline, this guy knew it was foolish to attack Fish-Man Island head-on, so he used his Devil Fruit ability to airdrop a large number of pirates onto the Hard-Shell Tower. Leveraging the chaos caused by these lowlives, he stealthily snuck in.

He actually managed to find Shirahoshi!
Unfortunately, after being openly rejected by her, he went berserk and even tried to use the gigantic ship, the Noah, to destroy Fish-Man Island.

Finally, after bursting hundreds of large bubbles, the speed of the pirate ships noticeably decreased.
Seeing this, everyone breathed a sigh of relief.
Witnessing Neptune's quick-witted response, Auguro thought they wouldn't need to intervene.

"Watch out! There's another ship behind!"

With a shout from their leader, these pirates immediately rushed toward the residents of Fish-Man Island. Beautiful merfolk, in particular, were their primary targets for capture!
"Neptune Army! Arrest these pirates immediately!" Neptune roared, sending out all his forces.
