Nova Eris was a lower-tier town in Caüs, located on the edge of the Meridian Territory. The name translated to "New Eris," in honour of the town's founder, Ernest Eris.
As far as OG Kenneth could remember, the town had always been here and had been his home for twenty years now.
Kenneth observed how the scenery gradually transformed, shifting from the bright chaos of flashy billboards and towering skyscrapers to a quieter, more subdued landscape.
Inside the car, the air seemed to grow crisper, carrying a faint scent of pine, as if nature itself was eager he was coming home.
The hum of the engine was the only sound, underscoring the sudden drop in foot traffic outside, where the streets, lined with fallen leaves, whispered beneath the tires of his fast-moving vehicle.
Kenneth lived on Mount Allen, smack dab in the middle of the suburbs.
As the car pulled into the neighbourhood, he was met with rows upon rows of houses, all at least three stories tall.
Nova Eris was quiet.
