If Eugene could call someone his close friend before he got pregnant, it would be Claudio.
A naggy stylist, a drunk trainwreck, and the first person who talked to him in the community college. From trash-talking Eugene's lack of decent attire to shaping the omega's later sense of fashion, they forged an uncanny friendship with as many arguments as there was laughter.
The one who ended that friendship, eventually, was Eugene.
To be fair, Eugene ended any relationship he had the moment he found out he was pregnant. He cut off communication, and he isolated himself in Omega Care's facility.
With Claudio, however, it was also a bit personal. If this guy didn't ditch him, Arthur wouldn't sit in front of him, and he wouldn't get pregnant! That kind of thought swirled in his head when he was pregnant; it was a sense of irritation that he also had toward Arthur.
