After Fedora left, Linda remained where she was for a moment, still staring through the glass door.
Her mind, however, was not on Fedora anymore.
She was still thinking about Gafar.
She had been searching for him before Fedora appeared, and now that Fedora was gone, that thought returned to her mind even more strongly.
Maybe it would be easier if she searched for him in her human form.
The corridors and grounds of the tribe house were built for creatures much larger than a rabbit. Walking around in her small body made everything slower and harder.
Linda looked toward the glass door again.
Then she spoke quietly within her mind. "I want to transform into my human form, System. Use my reserved carrot effects to transform."
For a moment, nothing happened.
Then the system responded.
[System notification: Transformation request acknowledged.]
[The system can grant the transformation. However, there will be a limitation.]
Linda listened silently.
