Lightning surged wildly—
Coiling together into massive serpentine forms.
Multiple Thunder Dragons roared downward.
The coverage was enormous.
Dodging was nearly impossible—
Unless Karl could blink kilometers away.
But why dodge?
Under the blessing of Holy Light, Karl's physique had already reached the top tier of the sea—nearly SSS-class, rivaling even beings like Kaido.

Caution never hurt.
He reinforced his body.
"Busoshoku · Iron Body."
Black Armament hardened and flowed outward—protecting even his clothes from being incinerated.
Karl gripped Leiyu in one hand, Wuya in the other.

Two cross-shaped flying slashes shot upward.
They cleaved the Thunder Dragons into pieces—
But lightning had no flesh.
It continued forward regardless.
Karl braced.
Lightning engulfed him.
From above, Enel laughed wildly.
"No one survives one hundred million volts!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
Thunder Dragons crashed into Long Ring Long Land one after another.
The island's bizarre wildlife turned to charred husks.
The earth cracked.
Smoke filled the sky.
And yet—
When the lightning dissipated—
Karl still stood.
Electric arcs flickered briefly across his body.
He exhaled.
It hurt—
But barely.
A scratch.
Now it was his turn.
If Enel had fled immediately, Karl would have struggled to pursue.
But Enel's arrogance kept him here.
That arrogance—
Would cost him everything.
BOOM—
Karl vanished.
He reappeared in midair—
Ascending at a pace that would make Newton weep.
In moments, he stood before the Thunder Giant's chest.
Enel's eyes widened.
"How are you unharmed?!"
Karl smiled faintly.
"One-Sword Style — Momentary Radiance."
Golden light erupted from him.
So brilliant that even the sun seemed dim by comparison.
Enel instinctively shut his eyes.
A bad premonition seized his heart—
Too late.
Pain exploded through his abdomen.
"AAAAAH!!!"
Enel was blasted backward, knocked clean out of his Thunder God armor.
Karl pressed the advantage—
Using Geppo to appear above him.
"Rokushiki Secret Technique — Flame Drop!"
His right leg rose high—
Then crashed downward like a flaming axe.
The sheer speed ignited the air.
BOOM—
A solid strike landed squarely on Enel's chest.
Blood sprayed.
Enel's body plummeted like a broken kite.
In less than thirty seconds—
The tide had completely reversed.
Enel had mistaken raw destructive power for superiority.
Destroying Mary Geoise had inflated his confidence.
He believed the Marines were weak.
Believed Karl was weak.
Reality—
Was merciless.
No matter how invincible the Goro Goro no Mi seemed—
The gap in Haki and physique was an uncrossable canyon.
Karl descended slowly.
Long Ring Long Land was devastated.
"Fragile island…"
He landed before Enel.
The self-proclaimed god lay motionless—
Covered in blood.
Peaceful.
Like a sleeping child.
Still breathing.
Barely.
Karl twirled Wuya lightly.
"This time… it truly is farewell."
Thrust—
The blade pierced Enel's heart.
In that final second—
Enel's eyes snapped open.
Unwilling.
Defiant.
He lifted a trembling hand toward Karl.
A spark flickered at his fingertip—
Then faded.
His arm fell.
Thud.
Enel—
Dead.
Karl withdrew the blade and sat beside the corpse.
"Pity."
"I wanted you to live longer."
"But you disappointed me."
He chuckled softly.
"On the bright side… if your death makes me Admiral…"
"Then perhaps your life had some value."
Bullying the dead.
Classic Karl.

Sengoku's voice was urgent.

Karl looked down at the fallen god.
