Bryan's POV
I sat in Antonio's living room and stared at the letter he handed me. The paper felt ordinary but the words on it were not. It talked about family secrets and pointed straight at Robert Chen his biological father and old criminal ties. Antonio paced the floor while Victoria sat on the couch looking worried.
"Read it again Bryan," Antonio said as he stopped walking and looked at me. "Someone knows too much and they are not playing around."
I read the lines slowly because I needed every detail to sink in. "This mentions criminal connections from years ago. Robert Chen was into bad deals right? You never mixed with that side."
Antonio nodded and sat down next to Victoria. "I stayed far away after he left. Victoria and I built our own life with the twins now. But this letter shows up, and it feels targeted. Like someone wants to drag the past back into our home."
