"I just came here looking for someone, auntie, please let me in!"
In a vast white space, a little boy with yellowish-white hair looked pitifully at the beautiful blonde standing before him. Before he could finish speaking, the beautiful blonde hugged him and ruffled his hair vigorously: "You're so much cuter like this! Come on, call me Mommy and I'll let you in!"
Hugged tight, feeling the suffocating pressure of the body in front of him, Orion was on the verge of tears. Why was this happening to him?
It's all Surtalogi's fault, that grumpy old man!

Orion opened his eyes and found himself floating in a completely dark expanse.
No, it wasn't completely dark. Countless stars twinkled in the distance. That was when he realized he was floating in space.
So that's it, he thought. He must have died.
Yes, Orion was a Transmigrant. His previous life had ended abruptly while he was still in college, before he had even entered society.
Incidentally, the cause was acting bravely for a just cause, and the cause of death was also acting bravely for a just cause.
However, no one expected—absolutely no one expected—that the soul that should have returned with death had entered a new body and was now floating in the cosmos.
Not only that, but this body had been floating in space for an unknown length of time; his consciousness had only recently awakened.
He turned his body, wanting to get a clear look at his appearance, but what he saw was an arm resembling that of an arthropod. No, could it even be called an arm?
Blue flames seeped from the gaps in the silver shell, giving it the appearance of an arthropod's exoskeleton stabilized by plasma.
Unable to comprehend what it was, Orion simply stopped thinking about it. Given that he had already transmigrated, and judging by the surrounding cosmic environment, perhaps he had become some kind of space life form?
Could it be some monster from the Godzillaverse? If it were something like an alien monster, wow, guys! This development would lead straight to a showdown with the KING.
But the problem was that he wasn't very familiar with the Godzillaverse, so he didn't recall there being a monster that emitted blue flames, nor one that looked like a Gatling gun.
If he couldn't figure it out, he wouldn't bother. He searched his memories several times, but nothing came to mind. In keeping with the laid-back spirit of his previous life, he decided to simply drift through space.
And so, Orion wandered aimlessly through the cosmos. If he came across a planet, he'd land to take a look and eat a couple of bites of whatever edible he found; or if he stumbled upon some special invisible energy in space, or some mysterious power on a planet, he'd take a couple of bites out of curiosity.
However, every time he landed on a planet, he noticed that the creatures or humans who saw him were terrified, which made him realize a few things.
First, his body was too big—it's estimated that he was over fifty meters tall, right?
Furthermore, the physical environment of every place he went would become the most comfortable environment for him.
It wasn't until he was on a certain planet, looking at his reflection in the water, that Orion let out an inarticulate murmur: "This… isn't this ORT?"
A giant spider carrying a massive disc. To be precise, the UFO-like disc was the main body, and the giant spider beneath it was simply keratinous metabolism.
Although it appeared to be in its juvenile stage, this apparition was indeed ORT.
In the Moon-Type Universe, there exists a type of Planetary Proxy created by the will of the planet. This being is the most powerful entity on the entire planet, the synapse and embodiment of the planetary will. This entity is called a Planetary UO or, to be more chuunibyou, the Planetary Supreme Being.
And ORT is the mighty ORT originating from the Oort Cloud. It knows no death, possesses the ability to devour, absorb, and convert an opponent's power, and the ability to alter the physical laws of its surroundings according to its own needs. Furthermore, it can launch attacks akin to fireballs of a trillion degrees.
But don't get me wrong—it can't unleash a fireball of a trillion degrees right now. Based on tests, the maximum temperature its fireballs can reach is only thirty million degrees Celsius, and that's just the core temperature.
Although the description above sounded impressive, at Orion's current level, he is ultimately a weak life form capable, at most, of destroying a planet; just a minor player in a universe governed by the Law of the Dark Forest.
The strange thing, however, was that although drifting in space for so long had made him forget many things from his previous life, he definitely did not remember ORT having a setting where it grew with age.
Nevertheless, Orion could clearly sense that at that moment, he was only in a juvenile form.
Overthinking was pointless. Why not take this opportunity to explore the cosmos further, eat more, or gain more energy, and grow stronger?
Otherwise, whether in the Type-Moon Universe, the Godzillaverse, or a science fiction universe like Three-Body, he might encounter an existence that could easily crush him at any moment!
Later, he traveled to all kinds of planets, where civilizations and cultures varied greatly and the level of development was mixed.
On some planets, there were even god-like beings who inexplicably appeared and attacked him.
Orion didn't understand it either. If they tried to suppress him, he fought back. After devouring a few gods and capturing several beautiful goddesses to keep them within his body, Orion ignored the survivors and walked away with dignity.
Later, he reviewed the memories of this body. It turned out that, before his consciousness fully awoke, ORT's youthful body had already visited many planets purely on instinct.
The planetary gods who saw him and immediately began to fight were defeated by ORT's body, which acted instinctively. Any god who fought him relentlessly was simply devoured.
However, perhaps influenced by Orion's soul residing within, some particularly attractive Goddesses were not devoured by ORT but were stored inside it to be used as rechargeable batteries.
Well, well, well. Orion had wondered why he had only captured two or three Goddesses. But when he checked the interior space, wow! There were enough to play Monopoly in groups of eight several times over, plus a few spectators. It seemed his subconscious had been busy.
At first, these captured goddesses resisted, but then, realizing that resistance was futile, they surrendered and began playing with the creations of technological civilizations that Orion had also devoured. Surprisingly, it was quite fun.
On every planet he visited, the surviving gods would bid him farewell with tears in their eyes; the scene was deeply moving.
Perhaps because this ORT entity had done too many similar things before, some planets in this universe seemed to regard it as a kind of natural disaster. But Orion's stance was simple: if you provoke me, I'll strike you; if not, I'll ignore you.
Just now, when he entered a small star system similar to the Solar System, he was attacked by the technological constructs there, apparently preparing to self-destruct along with him.
Would Orion tolerate that attitude? He had just devoured the planetary divine power!
Orion immediately confronted the enemy. What surprised him was that the powers of the gods he had previously absorbed—including those this body consumed before awakening its consciousness—had been transformed by him! Now, he could be described as immune to all magic and possessed a vast array of abilities. When several ray cannons fired at him, he could simply use a refraction field to deflect the attacks!
Then, with ease, he fired several million-degree fireballs and instantly destroyed the enemy fleet. A star capable of firing... isn't that impressive?
However, Orion did not head for the enemy's home planet after annihilating their fleet, for, quite frankly, he did not wish to become a monster—neither in body nor in soul. Destroying planets on which others depended for their survival for no reason was something he could not easily accept. Therefore, he only devoured and dismantled all the opponents who actively attacked him, including the fleet's machinery and the soldiers on board, leaving no one behind.
The inhabitants of that star system did not seem to have any intention of pursuing him after confirming his departure.
Since then, a legend has circulated throughout the universe: if you encounter the Cosmic Giant Spider, as long as you do not actively attack it, it will not actively attack you.
With no one actively causing him trouble, Orion stopped feeding passively as often. He would only lick a planet a couple of times if he was very hungry; otherwise, he simply wandered through space.
Fortunately, there was a mysterious black-purple energy in the universe. He could absorb it and feel satisfied, but the strange thing was that, although he could ingest it, he couldn't figure out how to use it. In short, he couldn't use it; he simply drank it as if it were water.
Feeling his power grow, Orion continued to wander through the cosmos. This time, he came across a planet that possessed a Planetary Will.
The planet wept, begging him not to come near.
She said they had licked her sister until she sobbed uncontrollably, and that she hoped His Eminence wouldn't come to humiliate her.
Orion: ? ? ? ? ? ?
Didn't I just go to an ocean trench on a planet and lick up some leftover energy?
... Wait a minute!
Consequently, Orion stopped landing on planets altogether. He simply floated in the sky, drifting aimlessly like a comet.
He missed the days when he was weak and powerless. Back then, when he landed on a planet, he wasn't so hindered and could easily feed on the local wildlife and other energy sources.
But now? Now not even the Planetary Willings wanted him to land.
Fortunately, that energy of absolute darkness still existed in this universe. This energy was immense and seemed incredibly versatile.
He could sense that this power was stronger than the mechanical constructs of those technological planets and the power of faith of those religious planets.
Orion tried it for a long time, and the only use he learned was to simulate his million-degree bullets. Guess what! Fireball bullets can be fired continuously! It's incredibly fun! A star that fires continuously—isn't that amazing?
However, the Goddesses sealed inside his mouth bag warned him not to fire indiscriminately. If he accidentally provoked some unknown powerful entity in the universe, he'd have nowhere to cry.
The goddesses had almost reached a symbiotic relationship within Orion's body, so naturally, they wouldn't lie to him.
Orion found what the group of goddesses was saying very reasonable. The most urgent thing was to mature first and move past his childhood.
So he continued eating, eating, eating, eating, but this time many civilizations learned their lesson and proactively sent things for Orion to eat.
There were also some civilizations that were very stubborn and still dared to send fleets or gods exercising their authority to crush him.
As for the latter, Orion simply ate, ate, ate, and then kidnapped a few goddesses.
As for the former, Orion, like a cockroach, secretly opened the shell of the opposing Dyson Sphere and absorbed more than half of its star's energy. The star's luminosity, originally brilliant, quickly dimmed by half, which was absolutely hilarious.
And so, day after day, year after year, Orion had outgrown his childhood and had become something close to a young man. He asked several Goddess Sisters to help him measure his height. They marked a scale on a tree-shaped planet and measured his height: one hundred and fifty meters! As one would expect from a child, he grew quickly.
The Goddess Sisters also smiled with relief, as if he were a child they had raised themselves, and then returned to Orion's disc-shaped spaceship to have a big sisters' party.
And then… then that supposedly powerful and unknown entity in the universe found me.
The opponent was covered from head to toe in armor that resembled the starry sky of the universe, with a miniature event horizon, similar to a black hole, constantly spinning above his chest. He carried a massive purple Claymore on his back, and his height appeared to be only two meters, but the aura he emitted was more terrifying than dozens of Dyson Spheres combined.
Orion immediately used all his strength to fight, but in twelve hours—just twelve hours—Orion was completely defeated.
The refraction field had no effect; that man simply used a Claymore to cut through his field and sever all his limbs.
The gods' authorization had no effect either; no matter what kind of authorization attack it was, it couldn't harm that man in the slightest.
The relentless fireballs could even vaporize the surrounding celestial bodies, but that man sliced them all in two with a sword. How could anyone cut a star in half with a sword?
It wasn't until Orion tried to harness the universe's dark energy that the man spoke for the first time.
"Oh?"
The voice was like that of someone who had found a new toy and was assessing Orion's worth for his amusement.
Twelve hours later, amid the ruins of a completely destroyed star system, Orion desperately mimicked the language his opponent used to beg for mercy. The man stopped suddenly, and then the sword in his hand fell:
"Oh, really? I thought you were an interstellar giant like the Star-Devouring Whale. I didn't expect you to be an intelligent life form."
After that, the man began chatting with Orion.
Orion's voice at that moment was somewhere between that of a child and a teenager. There was nothing he could do; although he had absorbed a great deal of power, he had not yet fully assimilated it or matured completely. Otherwise, he should have reached puberty.
The man listened to Orion's still childlike voice and suddenly felt very interested.
He said to Orion, "Orion, is that right? How interesting. You, a giant spider—I'd give you a Mondstadt-style name."
My name is Surtalogi. You can also call me "The Evil Knight."
Judging by your voice, you must be quite young, yet you already possess such great strength. Furthermore, you are one of the few magical creatures capable of containing a vast amount of Abyssal Power without being corrupted in the slightest. How interesting... Unfortunately, I can tell you haven't yet learned how to use this power.
—Very well, I've made up my mind. I won't kill you today! But I want you to do something for me!
I want you to find my disciple. Since you don't have a human form, go be her pet! Or, if you can transform into a human, go find her and tell her what I think.
I want you to train together and grow stronger together! She'll teach you how to use the Abyssal Power, and you'll increase your purity. That way, you'll be able to face me together in the future—at least you won't die so miserably!
Orion looked at the man standing before him, feeling a little dazed, because he'd heard a very familiar name.
So this wasn't the Godzillaverse, nor the Type-Moon Universe, nor Marvel, nor DC, nor any other Xianxia world.
"Ah, right. I almost forgot to tell you."
The Evil Knight slapped his forehead and added, "My disciple—his name is Skirk."
Is this really the Hoyoverse?
