Akari walked into the house and put down her basket, but she didn't see Lucas, Cynthia, or the others. "Grandma, where are Lucas and the others? Are they not back yet?"
Grandma smiled and nodded. "They probably got lost exploring somewhere."
Akari nodded and ran back to her room. After Lucas's herbal treatment, Celebi's injuries were almost healed, but its depleted energy still required a trip to Alamos Town for a quick recovery.
Seeing Akari enter the room, Celebi flew up from its small bed and hovered in front of her.
"Sa~"
It gently touched its forehead against Akari's.
Feeling the cool touch on her forehead, Akari stood there giggling incessantly.
"You've recovered, Celebi."
Celebi nodded and then flew two circles around Akari.
"Then let's go eat."
Akari said.
Celebi landed on Akari's shoulder, and she carried it out of the room.
"I don't know where Lucas and the others went. I'm worried they might be lost; there are many scary Pokémon in the forest—"
Akari introduced the situation to Celebi while expressing her concern.
Sitting on her shoulder, Celebi covered its mouth and gently shook its head. "Sa~"
They will be fine.
If they really went into the forest, it's the forest Pokémon who should be worried.
Akari took Celebi to prepare lunch.
Akari sat in the courtyard, the sun lazily shining on her and Celebi. The comfortable feeling made her feel drowsy.
So she simply leaned against the stone table in the courtyard and dozed off for a while.
Celebi leaned against her chest and also closed its eyes to sleep.
A cold wind woke her up. She raised her head, rubbed her eyes, and looked at the sky covered by dark clouds. She quickly stood up.
"It's going to rain! The laundry, the laundry!"
She gathered all the clothes into her arms and ran toward the house.
A bolt of lightning split the sky, striking directly toward her.
Celebi flew off her shoulder and opened a protective barrier to block the lightning.
Hearing the roar so close at hand, Akari looked back and saw the large tree in the courtyard burning fiercely.
"What... what's going on?"
Akari saw Celebi looking up at the sky. She followed its gaze and spotted a figure that made her tremble uncontrollably.
Thundurus floated in the air, looking down at her and Celebi.
It extended its palm, and lightning surged within the dark clouds, preparing to strike her.
At the critical moment, it withdrew the lightning and looked toward the distant sky.
Tornadus was approaching it, carrying a massive waterspout.
The village residents watched the enormous waterspout and the terrifying figure within it, filled with immense fear.
Some, after seeing their roofs blown away, were terrified out of their wits and screamed loudly.
"The gods are angry!"
Once those words were spoken, everyone began to flee in all directions.
Thundurus dispersed the waterspout. After the waterspout broke apart, the falling water flooded the land the village had worked so hard to cultivate.
Heavy rain also began to fall from the sky.
Thunder rumbled, and terrifying lightning began to indiscriminately attack everything in the village.
Trees, roofs, and even people.
On the other side, the massive gale also blew away many Pokémon and roofs.
Thundurus and Tornadus locked eyes.
Then, in the next second, they collided directly.
Celebi told Akari to run back into the house.
Akari held Celebi and hid in the room with her grandfather and grandmother.
"Celebi, what should we do? What are those things? Why are they destroying the village?"
Akari asked tremblingly.
Celebi didn't know either.
They were perhaps fighting, and this place was just an insignificant battlefield for them.
While Thundurus and Tornadus were fighting fiercely in the sky, elsewhere, a yellow figure was flying rapidly over the sea, heading toward the Hisui Region.
Its speed was incredibly fast.
Meanwhile, a pink figure also left its domain and headed toward the land of Hisui.
"What should we do?"
Feeling the explosions and screams coming from outside the house, Akari kept asking herself.
Celebi remembered Lucas's previous method. It flew out of Akari's arms, holding the wooden plaque around its neck with both hands. After a flash of green light, Celebi took Akari's hand.
"Sa~"
Run, run to a safe place.
Akari understood Celebi's meaning. She helped her grandfather and grandmother up and ran out of the house.
She looked up at Thundurus and Tornadus in the sky, her teeth clenched tight, her thoughts unknown.
Celebi flew beside them, neutralizing the falling lightning bolts one by one.
Akari led her grandparents to a hidden Cave, where many people were already hiding.
Celebi landed weakly in her arms. She held Celebi, watching the two figures constantly fighting in the sky.
Just as they were locked in a stalemate, a yellow figure crashed directly into them, sending both Thundurus and Tornadus flying.
Akari looked at the figure standing high in the air, looking down at the two Pokémon it had knocked away; its yellow skin blended perfectly with the color of the earth.
Watching the yellow figure suppress two Pokémon single-handedly, she suddenly remembered a story she had heard from her grandparents.
In the struggle between storm and lightning, a yellow figure would step forward. It would absorb the power of the storm and lightning and feed it back into the land, making the soil more fertile.
She remembered now.
Grandma and Grandpa called it the "God of the Fields."
Akari held Celebi tight.
"You must win, God of the Fields."
Just as Landorus was fighting one against two, countless meteors suddenly crashed down from the sky.
Landorus and the others couldn't dodge in time; they were all hit and fell down.
By the time they flew back into the sky, several figures had already appeared.
"Lucas."
Akari looked at the suddenly appearing figure with immense joy and looked at Celebi in her arms. "Celebi, did you see? Lucas and the others are back."
Celebi nodded somewhat weakly.
Lucas sat on Latias's back and nodded to Akari in the Cave, then looked at the three genies.
"Oh, such familiar faces."
Lucas said with a smile, his eyes narrowing as he glanced at the destroyed village.
"Darkrai, Dark Void. Gengar, Dark Pulse. Latias, Draco Meteor."
Compared to Lucas, Cynthia's voice was even colder.
"Garchomp, Draco Meteor."
Landorus struggled to dodge this wave of moves, looking at the Darkrai floating beside Lucas and the Latias he was riding.
Where did this Darkrai and Latias come from?
And where did a Gengar that can use Dark Pulse come from?
And this Garchomp—why couldn't Tornadus and Thundurus beat it even together?
Landorus looked at Tornadus and Thundurus being suppressed by Garchomp and cursed inwardly.
Go ahead and fight, until you've kicked a steel plate and your feet hurt, only then will you give up!
Lucas and Cynthia came to the Cave entrance, while Garchomp and the others surrounded the three genies.
"Like to fight? Like natural disasters?"
Lucas looked at the beautiful village destroyed beyond recognition, unable to suppress the anger in his heart.
He gripped the wooden plaque on his chest.
Although it's a different timeline, would *it* be here too?
Ripples rose in his heart.
Landorus sensed an aura rising from the sea.
"Roar!"
Wait, we can talk!
Landorus hurriedly called for Lucas to stop.
Lucas snapped out of it, somewhat surprised.
It really is here? That's quite unexpected.
Landorus felt the aura on the sea settle back down and breathed a sigh of relief.
If that thing came over, it would be even harder to settle this.
Recalling the scene of that giant white bird taking on all three of them and knocking them all down, Landorus shuddered.
"Tell me, how are we going to solve this?"
Lucas's voice pulled it back to reality.
"Without a satisfactory solution, believe me, you will die a miserable death."
Lucas toyed with the bracelet on his hand and threatened.
Garchomp forcefully slammed Thundurus and Tornadus into a pit and let out a roar toward Landorus.
