"Do you have any idea what you have just done?" Aethryx asked, his low voice vibrating right through the quiet room.
I looked at him, taking in every single detail of his towering form. His sharp grey eyes burned with an intense, unspoken heat.
Drops of clear water dripped steadily from his long white hair, running down the defined curves of his chest and soaking into the thin fabric of the towel wrapped loosely around his waist.
The delicate black dragon tattoos trailing across his broad shoulders seemed to pulse with faint energy, and the sleek horns curving from his forehead looked sharper than ever in the dim light.
"Does it even matter at this point?" I replied, my voice coming out small, flat, and tired.
Aethryx tilted his head slightly, his dark brows pulling together in genuine confusion.
