Chapter 86 - Chapter 86: Mr. Rayleigh, you leave too, I’m enough alone.

Sabaody Archipelago.

Akainu was the first to rush to Island 13.

His burning gaze met Kevin's calm eyes, clashing intensely in the air.

"Last time you got away; today, I want to see what methods you have to escape." Akainu smiled.

This past year, he had been even more miserable than Sengoku.

Sengoku was only scolded—at least he was still the Fleet Admiral.

Akainu was not only scolded but also demoted from Admiral to Rear Admiral, a rare demotion for an Admiral in Marine history.

Admiral Akainu considers it the greatest humiliation of his life.

"Invincible Defense, use it. I want to see how long you can defend and how far you can escape."

Last time.

You bullied me because I wasn't fast, couldn't fly, and couldn't pursue you across the sea.

Today, I, Admiral Akainu, have helpers.

"Huh, the Pirate Crew ran away."

Admiral Kizaru pointed at the Tomorrow, which was rapidly moving away.

"It seems I'm needed then." Admiral Aokiji's hand emitted a chill.

"I didn't expect all the Admirals to gather here, it's really lively."

Suddenly, a hearty laugh.

It attracted the attention of the three Admirals.

Dark King Rayleigh, holding his long-sealed famous sword, walked over.

His expression was solemn.

Not as calm as his words suggested.

"In all these years, it's my first time seeing three Admirals act together. Kevin, you really hold a high position."

Dark King Rayleigh came to Kevin's side.

"Dark King Rayleigh?"

The three Admirals' expressions changed drastically.

Why was Dark King Rayleigh here? His appearance cast a shadow over Admiral Akainu's heart.

The perfect plan seemed to have a flaw.

"Quickly inform Mr. Sengoku, another terrifying monster has appeared." Admiral Kizaru's expression became serious.

He had thought he could just slack off today.

It seemed it wasn't that simple.

Admiral Kizaru pointed at the departing Tomorrow: "I'll go after the Pirate Crew. They're yours to handle. Fleet Admiral Sengoku demands that not a single member of the Sun and Moon Pirates be let go."

After speaking.

Admiral Kizaru prepared to leave.

Chasing the Tomorrow, in his eyes, was easier and simpler than a bloody battle with Kevin and Dark King Rayleigh.

"Leave it to me, my ability is more convenient."

Admiral Aokiji also set his sights on the Tomorrow.

Admiral Kizaru's mouth twitched.

They're still fighting over it?

"Shut up." Admiral Akainu couldn't stand it.

He glared angrily at Admiral Kizaru and Admiral Aokiji.

Do you still have the right to say such things now? You are clearly faster than me, especially you, Admiral Kizaru.

We started from the same place.

Acted at the same time.

Yet I, Admiral Akainu, was still the first to reach Island 13.

Admiral Akainu had had enough of the two of them.

"The primary objective is Kevin, dealing with him is the most important." Admiral Akainu would not give them a chance to leave and slack off.

Letting them chase the Tomorrow.

Admiral Akainu estimated.

They would most likely return empty-handed in the end.

Admiral Kizaru might be a bit better, at least he would beat up the Sun and Moon Pirates members, but whether he would bring them back was uncertain.

Admiral Aokiji would most likely just go play around and come back.

Admiral Akainu had already anticipated their thoughts.

"Kevin and Dark King Rayleigh, we must work together to ensure we eliminate Kevin." Admiral Akainu wanted to avoid any possibility of failure.

"Alright."

Admiral Kizaru and Admiral Aokiji also found it difficult to slack off too obviously.

Today, Fleet Admiral Sengoku and the World Government were watching.

Being too obviously lazy wouldn't pass muster.

"Blocking us with your life to buy time for your crew to escape, you really are a good captain." Admiral Akainu sarcastically taunted Kevin: "It's a pity, your crew seems heartless, just leaving like that, not caring at all about their captain's life or death."

Admiral Akainu's voice echoed in the sky.

Reaching the Tomorrow in the distance.

He wanted to use this provocation to force Gion and her group back.

If he could completely wipe out the Sun and Moon Pirates.

Of course, that would be best.

But now he didn't dare to split off combat power to pursue them.

"Idiot." The women on the Tomorrow acted as if they hadn't heard Admiral Akainu's voice.

Idiot.

Knowing nothing, yet being so self-righteous.

The Tomorrow disappeared into the horizon at an even faster speed.

Akainu's face turned green.

It didn't succeed.

He could only console himself that eliminating Kevin was enough.

"How pathetic." Akainu looked at Kevin sympathetically: "You've been abandoned and betrayed."

"Idiot."

Akainu's face turned even greener.

Did I say something wrong?

"Their appearance isn't now, but later."

Soon after.

It's time for the sea to witness the strength of the Sun and Moon Pirates members.

"You won't see the future."

Akainu clenched his fists.

Magma surged.

Since he couldn't force the Tomorrow back, there was no need for more nonsense.

Dark King Rayleigh held his sword and whispered to Kevin: "Kevin, you take one, I'll take two. Don't resist head-on; focus on stalling for time. Stall for an hour, and once the Tomorrow is far enough, we can look for an opportunity to leave."

Dark King Rayleigh didn't know how strong Kevin was right now.

But he estimated.

He probably wasn't an Admiral's opponent.

There was still a gap.

As an elder, Dark King Rayleigh decided to bear the greatest pressure himself and hold off the two Admirals.

His heart was also bitter.

Dark King Rayleigh didn't know if he could do it, but if not, he could only fight with his life.

He couldn't let Kevin face two Admirals; wouldn't that be watching him go to his death?

"Mister Dark King Rayleigh, this is my fight. Leave it to me, and you leave too."

Kevin was fearless.

But Dark King Rayleigh staying here was very dangerous.

"What?" Dark King Rayleigh's eyes widened, looking at Kevin in disbelief.

You want me to go?

You'll face three people alone.

Are you kidding me?

Even Roger in his prime wouldn't say something so arrogant.

"Kevin, are you planning to leave your life here?"

Risking his life.

He also had to escort his crew members away.

He also had to get me out of danger.

"You're worried about me, aren't you? No need, I am the Dark King!" Dark King Rayleigh declared with great spirit:

"If we team up, we both have a chance to leave, but if I go, you'll surely die. Don't feel like you owe me anything; escorting Rookies of the new era is what we remnants of the old era should do."

"Mister Dark King Rayleigh, go!"

Dark King Rayleigh felt Kevin's incredibly serious gaze.

It wasn't politeness.

"Kevin, you might die here…."

"I won't die here." Kevin smiled.

Smiling as he faced Akainu, who had already charged forward.

Dark King Rayleigh seemed to freeze in place for a moment.

That kind of smile.

Looking at Kevin's unyielding back.

"I understand."

Dark King Rayleigh sheathed his sword.

He turned, transforming into a streak of light and rushing into the distance, moving incredibly fast, without looking back, without hesitation.

"When a man smiles as he faces something, don't refuse him."

Dark King Rayleigh continuously accelerated.

The last meeting with Roger flashed through his mind.

"Kevin, I'll wait to drink with you later."

From afar, Dark King Rayleigh's voice came.

"Alright!"

Dark King Rayleigh, who had already rushed out of the Sabaody Archipelago.

Still didn't dare to look back and witness the scene he didn't want to see.

He received a response.

Tears welled up in Dark King Rayleigh's eyes. Just like Roger, he was tricking him again, but this was their chosen dream.

Dark King Rayleigh couldn't find a reason to refuse. Seven.
