Hovering above the ground with his legs crossed surrounded by magic letters that glowed with a purple aura. Felix Faust was searching through the pages of a grimoire.
A few letters in each page he turned flew out the book as he continued scrolling with his eyes closed .
The book began disappearing into a purple aura when suddenly the entire building violently shook breaking Felix concentration angering him. He opened his eyes and looked around when the roof above him was busted open causing a large cloud of dust and ruble to fall down.
Felix: Who dares !?
Etrigan burst out the dust, sword in hand as he swung it down on Felix" Etrigan shall bring down this house, and build the tomb of Felix Faust !" The sword collided with a purple magic barrier Felix created sending purple arcs of magical energy everywhere.
...
Etrigan was sent skidding across the ground and straight into a wall as a large stone moved telekinetically by purple arcs smashed into him.
Felix: Haha as if I would stoop so low as to brawl with a demon. Fight others of your filthy kind
With a mocking smirk he clenched his fist and three magic circles with lava inside appeared a few feet away. Magma gushed out the cracks that appeared in the ground out as three large demons climbed out the gates of hell.
Etrigan stood back on his feet and walked to his blade lodged in the ground after the hit he took from the evil sorcerer. Pulling it out he turned his frightening gaze to his opponents and growled.
Etrigan: From hell though we may be, that does not make us family !!
One demon jumped high into the air towards him when Etrigan swung his blade enveloped in flames and slashed the demons chest sending it flying when the two others approached him .
The shorter one swung its axe wildly with Etrigan dodging a flew of the incoming attacks and blocking those he couldn't avoid as the taller one joined in trying to flatten Etrigan with its spear but the demon instead parried with both until the third one joined the fight so Etrigan jumped high into the air and blew out a ball of fire towards the demons
Once the ball of flame hit the ground a wave of blazing hot flames blasted forward barely wounding the demons who continued their assault without a moments hesitation.
Meanwhile with Felix Faust who was watching in the air Zatanna fell in from the hole in the roof kicking him away and grabbing the grimoire which had been floating beside him. She attempted to chant a spell when she realised her voice wasn't coming out so she held her throat in shock.
Felix: Like what i've done with the place no women can speak in my sanctum sanctorum, I conjured it just for yo-
Izuku: Shut it !
As if having teleported within an instant the bottom of a boot had slammed against Felixs face sending him flying away and threw several stone pillars.
Izuku: Zatanna, you okay ?!
He asked using dragon flames beneath his feet as propellers to stay hovering in the air. Zatanna nodded despite being worried about her circumstances when they were both hit by amethyst lightning sending them down to the ground and skidding into a book shelf while Felix rose back into the air with a furious expression.
Felix: How dare you kick my face, i'll make sure to not leave even your ashes remaining boy !!!
But before Felix could cast his spell Boston flew straight into his body taking it over and forcing Felixs body to smash several times around the sanctorum.
Felix/Boston: As a fellow showman this is no way to treat your guests, now settle down !
Meanwhile Izuku had gotten up and went over to Zatanna worried about her.
Izuku: You okay Zee ?
He asked offering to help her up, Zatanna nodded silently and took his hand as Batman and Constantine entered the building through a hole blown into the wall. The four now watching as Boston handled Felix who continued harming himself.
Felix/Boston: Stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself, stop hitting yourself
Boston mocked as Batman reached into his belt pulling out a grappling hook but before he could use it Constantine interrupted him
Constantine: Not everything can be solved with your pea shooter
He mocked causing Batman put it way all while Felix forcefully pulled Boston out his body.
Felix: Just because you're dead doesn't mean you're beyond my reach!!
He said as two magic circles appeared above and below Boston transforming into a purple transparent snake that held him captive.
Before Felix could continue his assault Batman threw several batarangs, Constantine threw several fireballs and Izuku used his Impurity arm to send high speed rocks at Felix all causing a large explosion in the air which Felix avoided the attacks by lowering himself and then firing a beam of pure magic energy at the four.
Batman, Izuku and Zatanna dodged while Constantine countered with a fireball creating a dust cloud which Constantine blew out the way.
Constantine: Is that it ? Well it's off to the old magicians home for you mate. Pudding night is thursday
Mocked Constantine as Felix clicked his fingers and the grimoire beside him flipped through a dozen pages before stopping on a single page causing a large amount of water to burst out from behind Constantine trapping him in a cube of water up in the air suffocating him.
Felix: Try to fire that fireball once more Constantine i'd like to see you cook your own goose y-
Batman fired his grappling hook around the grimoire and pulled it into the cube of water holding Constantine and wetting the pages, quickly Constantine held onto the grappling hook as the spell broke and he came down to the ground fast so firing another hook from the grappling gun it attached itself to seperate pillar creating a zip line of sorts And pulling it hard Batman brought Constantine to his side.
Constantine: *cough**cough* I take it back that thing is useful
Meanwhile with Etrigan:
Etrigan threw the large demon into a wall as the small tall one came and swung his axe down on the larger demon missing Etrigan who jumped to the side and then onto the demons neck putting the demon in a choke hold and squeezing so tight it broke the demons neck.
* BOOM*
Etrigan turned around to see Felix firing a beam of magic towards Constantine who dodged and fired another fireball which Felix blocked as Izuku jumped his way and punched him in the face breaking through the shield in the process.
Zatanna meanwhile was hiding behind a book shelf and pulled out her wand holding it next to her throat and raising it up slowly a blue glowing wisp came out and flew away surrounding itself with silent whispers.
It went around Izuku and Constantine who were fending off against Felix Faust.
Constantine threw another fire ball and when Felix dodged it he secretly pulled a black diamond out his wizard robes. Felix pulled both his arms back and pushed them forward feeling his head ring Izuku jumped into the air as the area he and Constantine stood in blew up sending Izuku crashing into a pillar while leaving nothing but rubble and no sight of Constantine behind.
Felix: Zatanna, where are you darling ? I know you can't speak but give me a wave. You are the only one here who's really a threat
Zatanna peaked her head out from behind a pillar to see Felix pass her and she hid back. Decided to peak once more she looked to her right and saw Felix right infront of her.
Felix: There you are, this will sting a bit
He extended his arm and opened his hand creating a purple magic circle beneath her feet as ice rose up freezing Zatanna in place, no one seeing the small blue wisp Zatanna created earlier had reached the statue of an angel .
Suddenly Etrigan tackled Felix into a book shelf and roared at him. Acting quickly Felix used magic to stab Etrigan in the chest with a white stake like object causing him to turn back into Jason Blood who was sent flying severely wounded.
Felix then flew back to where Zatanna was only to see ice shards on the ground and Zatanna missing. Spinning around Felix jumped seeing Zatanna beside him holding her wand as she fired a large bolt of blue lightning causing him to fly into the air as he blocked it.
Felix: Wand magic really it's the tv dinner of spell casting dear ! Let me show you real magic
Felix sent the attack back at Zatanna causing her to fall onto the floor as several magic circles appeared behind him and began firing a dozen blasts towards Zatanna.
Zatanna ran away dodging several blasts before a large arm burst out the ground made of stone and went after Zatanna who grabbed the angel statue from a shelf while running until the arm capturing her.
Pulling her into the air Felix closed his fist tightening the hands hold on Zatanna while she tried with all her might to pull of a blind fold on the small angel statue.
A black diamond suddenly came out the ground and shattered revealing Constantine who saw what was happening and ran towards Felix and Zatanna, Izuku who woke up shook his head from the aching pain.
Izuku: ah my head...
He groaned in pain
Rokuro: Izuku! Thank goodness you're awake they need you now !
Izuku: Got it...
Getting up Izuku ran towards Zatanna as Batman threw a batarang into the stone arm causing it to blow up and sending Felix flying back while releasing Zatanna. Felix who regained his balance in the air flew towards Zatanna who was descending fast as he sent another dozen magic blasts towards her .
Izuku: Zee !!!
Quickly pulling off the blindfold from the statue a bright purple light hid Zatanna before it exploded and sent Izuku flying onto his butt. Ignoring the pain he looked up in the air feeling the same ringing in his head from earlier but much stronger now.
Suddenly the smoke from the explosion began spiralling around Zatanna who hovered in the air with bright blue eyes and blue hair surrounded in a dark blue evil aura .
Zatanna had an angry expression as she began chanting " ZARASAFATRHSUFRUTSYTRANA" books from all around the observatory began surrounding her as the air began pulling everything towards Zatanna.
Constantine: Zee are you daft stop !
A pillar of light surrounded Zatanna as she continued her chant " I will kill you women!!!" shouted Felix as he fired a powerful beam of magic at Zatanna hitting her aura pillar but by simply swiping her hand to the side she countered the attack sending Felix flying back.
Felix swung his arms firing spheres of magic at Zatanna who flew around them towards Felix creating blue arcs of magic one in each hand which she sent straight at him causing an explosion before she flew in and grabbed him by neck then threw him straight into the ground where she threw a bolt of lightning at him sending him flying back first into a pillar.
Zatanna moved her arm to the left a large magic circle was formed behind her creating a giant great sword beside her which she flew towards Felix as it spun around " Zatanna! No!" Izuku shouted jumping in between the sword and Felix stopping it.
Izuku: Don't kill him, you can't !!
Zatanna: out of my way Izuku
Izuku: You're too good to kill people Zee !!!!
Zatanna: ARGH!
The sword burst into a bright light and became shards of steel which transformed into a dozen different sword hovering in the air with one against Felix throat.
Izuku: I know you Zee, I know how incredible you are don't lose yourself in your rage it'll all be okay I promise so let it go, let your anger go
Zee slowly regained control and fell down along with the swords fortunately Izuku moved quick in time and caught her in his arms.
Izuku: ...You aren't hurt are you Zee ?
He asked worried as she began crying and hugged him tight.
Zee: I-I'm sorry
Izuku: It's okay, I know that feeling you just lost control it happens to all of us so don't be upset okay you're more beautiful smiling
He wiped her tears with his thumb making her smile as she stared at his eyes when Batman and Constantine approached with Felix restrained thanks to the dark knight.
Felix: Why are you here ?!! I haven't done anything to warrant this kind of response
Wined the sorcerer as Izuku and Zatanna stood up and Constantine showed Felix the ring image.
Constantine: This yours ?
Felix: I don't know, maybe. I have several hundred rings of variant designs and properties
Jason Blood approached the group holding his side " it isn't him, Felix Faust has nothing to do with the nightmare crimes. He summoned our old poker buddies in their larger forms"
Boston: The hell does it all mean ?
Constantine: it means Felix Faust had access to the house and the artifact whenever he wanted
Felix: What artifact !?
Boston: Well we're back to square one then
Batman: Unfortunately no. We were sent here by your friend remember ?
Zatanna: But Richie's dying
Batman: Is he? Any word from the house kid ?
He asked Izuku who put his hand against his head
Izuku thoughts: Anything guys ?
Meliodas nodded
Izuku: Yeah he's up
Back in the house of mystery:
Richie was being watched by Orchid who moved away for a bit towards a table where she was working on some medicinal herbs for him not seeing him get up from the bed and grab his cane. twisting off the handle he revealed the missing half of the Dream Stone menacingly glowing a blood red color.
He stabbed the stone into his right hand as black arcs surrounded by red burst around him. Turning her head back to see him Orchid charged at him and attempted to punch him only to find that a barrier was preventing her attacks from making contact.
She tried kicking him twice and punching him another two more times only for it to result the same way.
Richie: Boy oh boy. I think i got closer to death then I planned yep, nuh, uh, uh bad girl
He teased walking to her side and leaning his head downwards to stare mockingly in her eyes " you were told to do everything to help me by the master of the house and that does not include punching. Bring me to the main room " Orchid jumped back and landed next to the door of the room.
Orchid: Yes but Constantine isn't my master, my true master gave me different orders
She disappeared as he fired a beam of black and red magic to her previous location only to find her gone.
Richie: Damn guess I got to hurry .
Richie walked into the main room of the house and raised his hand into the air summoning the Dream stone causing black and red arcs to rage around him from the gem piece lodged in his hand.
Richie: Ah yeah...That's the stuff. Heheh...HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
The gem glowed brighter and brighter till its light became blinding and Richie vanished from sight.
