"Well, well, we have a visitor?"
A mature, womanly voice sounded in Jiraiya's ear.
Inside the vast Sealing Space, two colossal beasts, each dozens of meters tall, crouched behind Minato.
One was a feline creature wreathed in ethereal blue flames, with two fiery tails trailing behind it.
The other had the body of a bull and the head of an octopus, its massive forelimbs planted firmly on the ground while eight tentacle-like tails swayed flexibly.
"Tailed Beasts?!" Jiraiya's pupils constricted sharply.
Moreover, these were the Two-Tails and the Eight-Tails—beasts that should belong to Kumogakure. How could they be inside Minato?
"They aren't sealed?" Jiraiya stared at the two giants before him in horror, his heart pounding violently.
"What need do we have for that thing?" Matatabi, the Two-Tails, replied, settling into a sphinx-like pose behind Minato, looking surprisingly docile.
Before the transmigration, Minato had sealed the Two-Tails and Eight-Tails to prevent them from being captured. However, he had released them upon arriving in this new world.
"Minato freed us," Gyūki, the Eight-Tails, rumbled. "Unlike other humans, he doesn't covet our power. That's why we recognize him as a true human—unlike prejudiced fools like you."
"Is that really possible?" Jiraiya stared at Minato in astonishment. He never imagined Minato could coexist peacefully with a Tailed Beast.
So Tailed Beasts aren't incapable of communication?
And if that's the case, does that mean Naruto might also have a chance to master the Nine-Tails' power?
"So, you really negotiated a deal with the Nine-Tails?" Jiraiya asked, his voice filled with disbelief. "And it agreed not to disrupt Naruto's Chakra?"
"Yes, something like that," Minato nodded. "But whether he can control the Nine-Tails' power depends on whether Naruto can earn its recognition."
As they withdrew from the Mental Space, Jiraiya's expression remained somewhat dazed.
This Minato is far more exceptional than I ever imagined.
Could he truly be the Child of Prophecy? Did I just ruin this world's version of him?
For a moment, Jiraiya was plagued by self-doubt.
Then he reconsidered. The Great Toad Sage had said his disciple was the savior of the world, but this Minato was Tsunade's student, unrelated to him.
This means I'll likely have to take on another disciple in the future.
As this thought crossed his mind, his gaze instinctively drifted to Naruto standing beside Minato.
Looking at Naruto's clear yet foolish eyes, Jiraiya shook his head and sighed inwardly.
Though he wanted to teach Naruto, Jiraiya felt he had no right to ask after neglecting him for years.
With a wave of his hand, Jiraiya left, his enthusiasm waning, his figure looking somewhat desolate.
In the blink of an eye, another week had passed.
At the Third Training Ground, a thunderous explosion shook the air as the ball in Naruto's hand burst, sending him flying through the air!
"Whoa!"
"Careful."
Minato flashed forward, catching Naruto.
The moment Naruto regained his footing, he couldn't contain his excitement, leaping three feet into the air. "I did it! I succeeded!"
"Well done!"
Minato nodded in approval.
Over the past week, Naruto had trained relentlessly, creating at least fifty Shadow Clones daily.
Except for meals, every moment was dedicated to training.
The Ino-Shika-Cho trio occasionally stopped by to check on him. Each time, Ino couldn't help but steal glances at Minato, occasionally letting out a wistful sigh, leaving Minato both amused and exasperated.
"What do you think, Minato? Am I amazing?" Naruto asked eagerly.
"Very impressive. It took me a long time to learn this."
Minato chuckled softly. It was true that it had taken him a long time, but he hadn't used clones as a cheat.
Still, if he were being honest, the Rasengan was indeed the Ninjutsu he had spent the most time learning.
"Heh heh~"
Hearing Minato's words, Naruto grinned smugly. "Once I master this Ninjutsu, I'll definitely be able to defeat that arrogant Sasuke! Then Sakura will finally recognize how amazing I am, hehe—"
Sakura?
Minato's eyebrows rose slightly. "Is Sakura the girl you like?"
"Ah—well, kind of. I like her a little~" Naruto scratched his head, looking awkward and bashful. The sight made Minato want to kick him.
"I don't think she likes you."
"—? Why not?"
Naruto's face fell instantly at Minato's blunt assessment.
"Your personality isn't mature enough. You're not the type girls find appealing."
Minato felt obligated to offer some advice. "Why do you like Sakura?"
"Hmm—" Naruto thought seriously. "I just like her, I guess. If I had to say why, maybe it's because she doesn't look at me with that kind of look?"
Minato glanced at him. "That only proves she doesn't dislike you. Knowing your personality, you probably pester her relentlessly, and she probably can't stand you, right?"
At these words, Naruto froze, his face draining of color.
"Even if you're my dad, that's too harsh—"
Hearing Naruto's sulky muttering, Minato shook his head and chuckled. "But it seems I hit the nail on the head."
"So what should I do? I have no experience—" Naruto pouted. Then, as if struck by an idea, his eyes lit up. "By the way, Minato, have you met Mom from that world yet?"
Minato nodded. "Yes, we're officially together now."
"So who asked who out?" Naruto asked eagerly.
"We were childhood sweethearts. Strictly speaking, Kushina asked me out, but I was the one who confessed to her first," Minato replied truthfully.
"Huh?" Naruto looked even more excited. "How did you manage that?"
"I don't know," Minato shook his head. "Girls have always pursued me, so I have no experience in that area either."
Naruto was silent for several seconds. "If you weren't my dad, I'd really want to punch you."
"Didn't I tell you? If you're good enough, girls will naturally like you." Minato sighed helplessly. He truly had no experience in this matter. Whether it was Kushina, Mikoto, or Tsunade, he'd simply charged straight ahead with the confidence of someone who knew they were good enough. There was no need for all those complicated twists and turns.
"Just focus on doing your best. There's a saying: 'A serious boy is the most handsome.' Kushina really enjoyed watching me train."
"Is that so?" Naruto sounded skeptical.
"Of course, you'll need to pay attention to your appearance. Don't be too sloppy, and avoid unnecessary decorations."
As Minato spoke, he reached up and removed the goggles from Naruto's head. "Your face shape isn't suited for forehead protectors. You can tie them to your arm instead. Also, you should improve your sense of style. If you're really stuck, stick to black and white."
"But I thought these goggles looked cool—"
Naruto ran a hand through his hair, and without the goggles, his face appeared more refined and delicate.
Seeing this, Minato's gaze softened slightly. "Speaking of which, I haven't taken you shopping for clothes yet. Since the second phase of your training is over, how about we go out and look around?"
"Oh!"
Naruto raised his fist, his expression bright with excitement.
Meanwhile, at the entrance to Konoha Village, two beautiful women slowly came to a halt.
"It's been so long since I've been back..."
Tsunade looked toward the Shadow Rock. Her gaze lingered momentarily on the visages of the First and Second Hokage, swept over the Third, and finally settled on the Fourth Hokage's.
A parallel world?
Hmph, this is interesting...
I never imagined that in another world, I'd be the Fourth Hokage's teacher?
I wonder what that version of me is like?
The same tragic life?
Or...
